Excellent bagels. The staff is great. The manager Jean is really so nice and really goes out of his way to treat the customers like family. I do highly recommend Brooklyn Water Bagel m.
Been going for many years but on my last 4 visits the hot coffee has been lukewarm.... Not Hot!! at all. What a disappointment. I love the bagels and schmear but I want HOT coffee. When I addressed this situation to the Manager or person who works there, they give me a funny look like I'm crazy. I don't know what to do. I may have to do where else.
Been coming to this BWB for nearly half a decade now. Every time I am here, I see Jean. He is such a hard worker. Everyone works well under him, and he knows his stuff. Whatever you pay him, pay him more, this location would simply not have the quality of service as it does now ever since he started.
