5 perople 5 substandard meals. Three meals were returned as they were cold. the pizza =had no flavor and the vegan double hamberger was a mush with a bun anhd the fries were burnt. The sevice was very slow
On a Sunday at noon they ran out of bread and they did not have avocado toast even though it was on their menu. Did someone forget to order supplies or what is going on here? I used to love this place but it seems to have gone down in quality and service.
Food was good and so was the service . Although they were way understaffed, our server Jessica, did an admirable job.
True Food Kitchen in Boca Raton is a restaurant I genuinely enjoy. One of the things that stands out most is that a vegetarian- and health-focused menu is not an afterthought here—it's the main attraction. The food feels thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and intentionally healthy, which is something I really appreciate. The prices are not low, but they're also not unreasonably high. Overall, the pricing feels appropriate and consistent with the Boca Raton area. The ambience is decent but not particularly memorable. The noise level can be a bit high due to the large number of people dining there, which actually highlights how popular the restaurant is. If you're looking for a quieter experience, sitting outside or toward the far end of the restaurant helps. Wait times are typical for a high-volume restaurant and not overly long. The wait staff are attentive and efficient, especially considering how busy it often is. I've dined here several times and have consistently had good experiences. I highly recommend True Food Kitchen and will continue to return.
Food ranged from excellent- edemame dumplings, poke bowl, and roasted butternut squash pizza to good, margherita pizza and vegan burger. I was not crazy about the jambalaya. Service was excellent.
The lasagna Pesto was wonderful
The chicken sandwich was terrible no flavor at all. The bread was soggy.
The hosts are all terrible. All disconnected from their job that is to accommodate and set people. They think they are influencers.
The waitress took for ever to bring the check
And she threw away our left overs
She had to give us a discount.
She think she deserved a tip.
I will give it another try
Two people entrees and two deserts
Aprox $65 plus tip.

Fantastic food and experience as always! We have been coming to true food kitchen for at least 8 years. In that time, we have tried just about every menu item with few exceptions. In every case, the food is fresh, delicious, healtht, and made to order.
Tonight we had the hummus appetizer, butternut squash soup, grains bowl with grilled chicken, air fried chicken tenders with fries, buttered pasta, and the famous squash pie for dessert.
As usual, the food was LIGHTS OUT! Absolutely amazing, great flavor, fresh, hot, and perfect. The squash pie is the absolutely best dessert you will ever try.
Our server, Nicholas, was extremely friendly, pleasant, fast, and efficient. The ambiance is always very nice, clean, and convenient. The price is as you would expect, roughly $30/person for appetizers, dinner, and shared dessert.
If you want really great food, that is also healthy and fresh, this is the place to go!!

We came to the True Food at Glades Road in Boca Raton. The duo menu is a great choice for dinner. One starter to share, two main plates and desert. The options are great. As starters, the hummus and the edamame dumplings are delicious. For main plates we had the quinoa teriyaki, and the lasagna Al pesto!
Camille attended us very well, polite, nice and efficient.
