True Food Kitchen has become one of my absolute favorite spots, especially for brunch! The brunch menu is incredible — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted. The Farmer’s Hash is my go-to: packed with vibrant ingredients and cooked to perfection every time. Pair it with their coffee (smooth, bold, and never bitter), and it’s the perfect way to start the day.

What really keeps me coming back — beyond the food — is the exceptional service Raileigh and Danielle provide; they always go above and beyond. They’re warm, attentive, and make every visit feel personal. It's rare to find that level of consistent care.

Don’t even get me started on the grass-fed burgers — juicy and well-seasoned, and the sourdough pizzas, which have that perfect balance of chew and crisp with creative, seasonal toppings that never miss.

If you're looking for clean, feel-good food without sacrificing flavor, True Food Kitchen is the real deal. Also, no seed oils on any of their plates. Big win! Dr. Diego

Amanda was my bartender and she was incredible!! She was very helpful with the menu! The manager Christian came over to check and see how everything was!! I highly recommend eating here!!!

The food and service at True Food is always excellent. The tuna in the Poke Bowl was very fresh and flavorful. What made the experience complete was my excellent server Maria. She did an excellent job very pleasant and knowledgeable with everything on the menu.

Over the years, quality has been slowly declining. The cocktails though are awesome! Service is a bit scattered as well, not overly value priced either.

The people are always friendly and helpful. Lots of smiles. Unfortunately the food is very inconsistent. Clearly chefs have come and gone and recipes have morphed. But some food is served cold (when it is supposed to be hot) with poor taste (the waiters are always willing to help). Other plates are very good. Conceptually its a good place for healthier meals. However the execution is too inconsistent. Overall, when the dish is served as it should, the tastes are good and the ingredients seem fresh. But again after 4 or 5 visits, it's easy to see and taste the inconsistencies.

I ordered a Plant-Based Double Cheeseburger, fries, and the Strawberry Passion Fruit Tart dessert. The burger was actually really good and definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the fries were overcooked to the point of being hard as rocks and completely inedible and it’s disappointing because I also needed to pay extra for that. I was also disappointed by the dessert. While the coconut base was nice, the cream topping was extremely acidic and overwhelmed the whole dish, making it very hard to enjoy and actually eat it, I just dump mostly everything. I really wanted to like everything, but the fries and dessert were a letdown.

True Kitchen was a pleasant surprise for me as I tend to go to more traditional spaces but because of my nephew who has Celiac, this was a perfect spot. The menu was great ( the lasagna was delicious!) and to top it off the desserts made my nephew completely delirious with joy as he normally is limited to ice cream. Our server Imran was so attentive and accommodating; he even took into consideration that it was my nephew's birthday and made a fuss over him. I would definitely revisit this restaurant with no hesitation

I went out here recently and I had an awesome experience. I ordered the Herb Hummus, Margherita Pizza, and the Iced Matcha Horchata. It was all so delicious. My server, Ron, was amazing. He explained the menu well, often checked up on us, and overall was funny, polite, and a great host. Will definitely be back again
