I was extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. I had heard so much about Binto Thai from friends and colleagues, but the taste was bland and watery. I suddenly stopped eating after the first bite, as i noticed the chicken was tough and smelled stale.
I ordered the Red Curry, and although I’ve had thai curries before, this one was not a good experience.
I don’t think I’ll be recommending this place to others.

Ive been coming to Binto Thai since they’ve opened on Naples blvd. The staff are very attentive and Jade and Jules make you feel like you're at home with their friendly service. They have the best sushi in town and is fairly priced. I also have tried their signature thai dishes like the street style chicken and pad thai. Very fresh and flavorful and the shumai which was recommended to me by the staff was amazing. Handmade by Jules every day

I really don’t get the positive reviews as this is the worst Thsi food I’ve had in Naples. This place is terrible, the curry is watery and over seasoned and the pork/shrimp appetizers were extremely tough. Also the environment is not very friendly, the owner stands at the counter and monitors everything that’s going on. She comes by and asks how things are and when you give her feedback she replies with excuses.

The food was very disappointing. The Udon Poke had 4 small pieces of eel, rice was cold, but had a lot of vegetables. Did not taste fresh at all. The Bento box with Spice Tuna was only spicy because of top sauce and the Street Chicken was dry as were the Pork & Shrimp Shumai. Not a good fit for us locals.

Was in town and I like Thai food and went to here and ordered pad Thai and it was good when hot as it started to cool off got really dry and it needed a little more sweet sauce that it's cooked with had to flag down someone to fill my beverage not really worth the money was very disappointed

Binto Thai on Naples Blvd is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly service by Jade and Mr. Kenny — both of whom went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The food? Phenomenal. Every bite was packed with flavor and perfectly prepared.
Jade recommended the Alfogato with espresso for dessert, and let me tell you… it hit the spot. Creamy, bold, and the perfect sweet finish.
The pricing is incredibly fair for such high-quality dishes, and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxed. Highly recommend if you're in the Naples area and craving authentic Thai with outstanding service. Can’t wait to come back! Mr.Kenny has smile that is so contagious too!!

Ordered for dine in was given take out which was great but miguel needs some more time in the service industry hopefully he learned his lesson today. Could easily be 5 star but the disrespect was real.
