the a/c in the bar area is sooo cold omg but regardless I always have a good experience at Bonefish, Elliot and Steph are always super accommodating and make great suggestions, the key lime pie martini is my new obsession!!

In the past we have had great experiences but last evening was poor. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Once we were seated, we waited 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged us. Various wait staff walked by and looked at us but no one asked if we had been waited on. A nearby table was also neglected. We went to the host/ess to let them know that we were leaving and asked to speak to the manager. (During our last visit, the manager walked through the restaurant checking on guests.) Last evening the manager never came to speak with us so we left very unhappy, and hungry.
***The manager of BF reached out to me and my complaint was heard. I was assured the issues I experienced would be addressed. I will gladly return to BF with hopes of a much better experience.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down at the bar, she made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Her drink recommendations were spot on, and she was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our visit. It's clear she takes pride in what she does — she made our night even more enjoyable, we’ll definitely be back to see her again!
