The chief and I visit this place frequently. The food is consistently better than any of the other local places. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The bar scene is lively. You can get a gourmet meal or opt for their onion soup (which is delicious) and a salad or the pate. They are also known for their Chilean sea bass which is excellent.
Good was fantastic as was the cucumber martini. My son had the duck which he truly enjoyed and I had the sea bass which had the most perfect miso glaze. Finished the evening with the lava cake. Everything was fantastic!
This was our first trip to C Level and we look forward to returning. The food ingredients were fresh, high quality and superbly prepared. Service was excellent. We could tell the majority of patrons were frequent flyers based on the greetings between the patrons and host. That's a good sign of a great restaurant!
Michelin worthy at a very moderate cost. You can not do better than this restaurant. Nic is a phenomenal chef and so is Jordan. The starter was a wonderful 4 piece butterflied shrimp in white wine and butter garlic sauce and cheesy toasts, Then Filet and fish: Very few restaurants I have been too will do a two hour eau de veau just for the base of a bordelaise and green pepercorn brandy or wine sauce for your wonderful filet cooked to perfection (you can tell from the touch). Then a plethera of garden vegetables and yummy home made (riced) mash potatoes. My faroe salmon was the best I have ever had with a light buerre blank wine, lemon and butter sauce (no one will make this for you in Bonita or Naples). The house wine was a lovely hearty Malbec from Argentina (other restaurants' give this to you on their expensive list) Then we had an icecream sundae and I had the ganache with I think ligonberry wine sauce and whipped cream. Topped with a liquer. What a way to usher in a hurricane. Had a wonderful evening as usual. Don't believe Gulshore Magazine;s review of only the onion soup (which is yummy) but there is soooo much here to treasure. Try for yourself if you can get a reservation!
This is one of the most unique and outstanding restaurants you will ever visit. And guess what? The food is going to make you VERY happy. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable. Make sure you love on their chef! My guest was unavoidably delayed and so I moved our reservation to the bar area which is remarkably quiet and for those that need it......real classy. Another bonus is having a talented bartender that I asked to make me a tequila drink that wasn't sweet, and asked his recommendation for wine as well. Brandon will see us again. Stop reading. Make a reservation. Go and tell them I sent you! You're gonna love it.
Overall, good experience atmosphere exceptional service, good food, excellent except veggies, baby carrots, and green beans on the crunchy side could be addressed by blanching the vegetables will book in the future
I did not know you could cook a pork chop that good. Scallops were great as were the cocktails. Very attentive but not intrusive . I ate off the sizzle menu and wife the regular. Good value for the area.
Ordered from summer prix fixe menu, good value for quality of food. Branzino and grouper were great. Wedge salad was very flavorful. They did push quite a bit to order alcohol, likely trying to make up for the discounted meal price, but overall experience was very nice.
I ordered the Crispy Grouper ($39.99) and it was like eating frozen fish sticks. We have been there several times in the past and the food has been great. Not so now. We were seated at a 'hightop' and I explained hightops hurt my legs and back. Other availability was a table near the hostess stand, although the restaurant was not 1/4 occupied. Won't be coming back.
Food always terrific, we selected from the Sizzle Dining Menu and it was basically their favorites, tried the black grouper ceviche for the first time and “oh my goodness”!!! It was fabulous! The pork chop, the salmon and the branzino were all wonderful entrees, service is always on top. C Level has a top notch wine selection. Never disappoints! Lemon mascarpone cake is a must try!!

Love C-Level. It is like eating under water with the whole place blue. Food is always excellent and service very friendly and efficient. A lovely dining experience especially for special times.
C Level always exceeds our expectations. Great food at a reasonable price and friendly and fast service . One of our favorite restaurants. The scollops are awesome and the escargot is delicious. The pork chop is amazing too . We haven't had a dish we didn't like .
First visit and so impressed. Friendly, professional service and food prepared with great care and expertise. Also, a nice touch that the manager and executive chef stops by the table for a chat. Will definitely go back and bring friends
Nice ambiance. The food was fantastic, and while most people wouldn't notice, the exception would be the mashed potatoes. They were clearly boxed potatoes. Which is fine. We ordered from the Sizzle menu and perhaps that was the reason. Overall, everything else was great. We would go back to check out the regular menu.
