What a terrible experience. We will not be back.I made a reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived at the restaurant and were promptly seated, but then waited 15 minutes before anyone else came to the table to offer water or get a drink order. The server apologized after the maître d pointed it out.We ordered appetizers, entrees and sides. The appetizer came quickly then we waited an hour for the entree. We finished a bottle of wine between the two of us well before the entree arrived. The server apologized for the timing.I ordered the wagu sampler but was part way through the meal before they let me know what each of the medallions were.We ended our meal early, and were thinking about leaving when the entrees finally showed up.Not a great experience. It was a terrible way to celebrate our anniversary. We will not be back.We enjoy nice dining, this fell well below a minimum expectation. With so many other great experiences we have had in Bonita and Naples, Chops will not be somewhere we ever go again.

Fun evening sitting outside at Chop! We enjoyed the ambiance and the food was good. My husband got the steak - black peppercorn seared wagyu - and it was a little overcooked . The watermelon salad was so refreshing. Server wasn't happy that we didn't order large meals but we had been traveling and were tired. The food looked good that people were eating. May return but not sure. Prices were $$$$$
So many steak options for Wagyu steak!! Got the 3 sampler and all were great but I did enjoy the American Wagyu the most! Appetizers were delicious and a great overall experience!

There are so many restaurants to choose from in southwest Florida. But we found chops of Bonita Springs to be especially great! The food was on point, the atmosphere was good, but most of all we had the most excellent server!! JULIE really made our night special! We will be back!

This food is unbelievable, every dish had very complex flavors that paired together perfectly. Our waiter Mauricio at the Bonita location was wonderful, he made the experience even better. Service was wonderful and we didn't have to wait for anything. This is easily our new favorite restaurant.

I love this place. Even in high season they do NOT pack tables in so good space to talk to your friends. The food is amazing. I had the Sea Bass and others had steak dishes. Clam Chowder was best I have ever had. Cheesecake and Apple Pie outstanding. It has become my go to with friends and family.
