Not to bad

The service was fast and food was good, even though a little pricey. The reason for the 3 stars is because they do not handle allergies the best. My toddler had multiple reactions after eating here - even if it was just a fruit cup. Cross contamination and communication seem to be an issue. I know allergies are hard to accommodate, but we really did think a fruit cup by the pool would be a safe thing to have...either things aren't cleaned properly, or no effort was made to avoid cross contact.

Just paid $18 for a burger the size single patty burger from the dollar menu at McDonald's. If I'm gonna pay for a burger. Give me a BURGER!!

Food is excellent, no complaints there. It was a bit busy so we sat in the corner near the lazy river where we found a spot. I had the cork screw up for a hour and nobody came to take my order. Went and ordered at the bar and got it there. Tried again later and same ordeal. They should make laps every so often around all the guest in my opinion. Food is excellent and the atmosphere is great so I think it’s still worth a four star. Will circle back at the end of vacation.

Beautiful hotel with amazing pool and views….but the drinks from the pool bar it was a waste of money! Expensive and tastes like they used water instead of alcohol. My husband ordered a margarita and I ordered a rum runner. Food was 3 starts. Sauce and guacamole came in those frozen containers from 7 eleven store. Too bad because I’d love to go back but definitely I’ll need to bring my own food and drinks.

This is a beautiful outdoor location for lunch, and open to the public. Unfortunately the food and service were off. Our server had too many tables to manage (not his fault), so he was not attentive to our table after taking the food order. I ordered the Tuna Poke for $22. It was the worst I have ever had. Undercooked rice, some chewy tuna pieces, dry, and a very small portion size, especially for the price. I wanted to bring it to our server's attention, but he was too busy with others. When he finally did come to our table, I told him about the undercooked rice, but he offered nothing other than he would notify the kitchen. The final insult was receiving my credit card statement and being overcharged $30 from the receipt I signed! Had to waste my time calling Hyatt accounting to make the correction. Overall, a disappointing lunch but a beautiful venue.

Went for a few cocktails, service was great. It is a very nice outdoor bar with lots of covered seats. It is on the hotel property with pool views, but is open to all visitors.

We were looking for an outdoor meal. Sat by the pool, enjoyed the sun and the food was good . Service was good, server friendly.
