Tried the walleye cod fish filet. No fishy smelly scent. Crunchy tasty and yes will order again Fast service. Very busy inside and drive thru. We had double swiss and Mushroom burger with onion rings. Crunchy chicken sandwich with fries. Walleye Cod Filet delicious . Everyone was delightful and the place was clean. The burgers here are ALWAYS made perfectly, and the staff is polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming! Service is CONSISTENTLY top-notch, and the restaurant is spotless with a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. KUDOS TO THE MANAGEMENT TRAINING THEIR STAFF!!! I live closer to the Culver’s on Immokalee and 951, but this Bonita Springs location is far superior and worth the drive every time!!!

The employees of this store were welcoming, friendly and super on top of everything. I had never been to a culvers before and the gentleman taking my order walked me through all the options in an engaging, non rushed manner. He helped me make my cheeseburger selection after helping my seven year old son order his kids meal all on his own. The milkshakes were to die for and same for the cheese curds. I wish we had a culvert near us in metro west boston.

I had to take a moment to recognize the absolutely incredible service we received at Culver’s—something that truly exceeded all expectations for a fast food experience. Ethan, one of the employees, delivered customer service that would rival even the finest restaurants.
Ethan is a young man, but his maturity, attentiveness, and kindness left us in awe. He greeted us with a warm smile, made sure everything with our order was perfect, and—what really stood out—he came back to check on us, asked how our food was, and even offered to throw away our trash. Who does that at a fast food place? Ethan does.
This level of care and professionalism is rare, and it’s clear that Ethan is a huge asset to Culver’s. He sets an example for others, not just in fast food but in any customer-facing role.
