I am coming here from Canada and trying culvers for my first time! I have to say what a great experience! The staff was fast and friendly and employee Jay on the front counter was helpful to navigate the menu for me! The food was absolutely delicious! Hands down very happy that this location was my first experience!

They put the food and drinks in the same bag when you order through apps. The drink spilt and ruined the food. Of course these stupid delivery apps that I rarely use only offered 1/3 of the total cost. I hate paying extra for delivery and when your food is ruined and money not completely refunded, it’s a different type of hate you feel.

I love Culver's. Probably my favorite fast food type restaurant. Food is always good, the employees are always so nice and quick. It's amazing how efficient they are. One time we ordered at the drive thru and the wait was a bit longer than normal and they apologized and offered a free ice cream! I couldn't accept it because it wasn't even really that long of a wait and they were so nice!

December 9, 2025 - Update: I went thru the drive through for a crispy chicken sandwich. I paid for my sandwich and was told to park around the corner (I usually wait inline with other cars). I waited and waited and waited. TEN minutes!! I finally got out of my car and went to the drive thru window. They were just coming out the door with my sandwich. Ordered at 1:08. Received at 1:18. TEN MINUTES!! Fresh is nice but that kind of time in a drive thru???? Ridiculous!!

Good food. We liked all that we bought. Crispy chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, onion rings, french fries and strawberry shake. Just a tad pricey though.
