Great hidden gem in Bonita! They have excellent cocktails, music and a nice atmosphere. The bartender Kait is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also occasionally have food trucks out back. I highly recommend stopping by for a drink!
An absolute gem! The owner, Tom, is very friendly and makes excellent spirits and cocktails. The place is spotless and has a really nice vibe. I hope it thrives!

HIDDEN Gem Alert!!!!! If you haven't checked out this distillery stop in and try it out! They offer vodka, bourbon, and gin! Between crafted cocktails, neat or on the rocks or shots! Super friendly staff, loved the hospitality! The vibe is a mix between retro chic and industrial with comfy seating and good music!
Nice, intimate tasting room for the new distillery. The spirits are made right there in site. The gin is very good. My wife likes the orange vodka and vanilla vodka. Prices are kinda steep though -- $15 for a gin and tonic.
Kait is great! Fabulous ambiance, strong pours, and a hidden gem in Bonita. You can walk away with bottles of vodka, gin, & bourbon the freshest in Bonita. Highly recommended and Hot Mike approved!

This is our favorite hidden spot to go for a drink before or after dinner. Or both in the same night! We love the vibe and we’ve never had a bad drink. Cass is great and truly cares about her craft. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a low key drink spot.
While I respect that they are distilling their own spirits, the lack of creativity and craft in the cocktails was disappointing. We came in last week, highly anticipating a new cocktail bar to find a real lack of love in their menu, presentation, and overall vibe. Would really love to see this place thrive and bring another option to the area to raise the bar.
