This place is an absolute disgrace. If it’s not a plain donut with a black coffee, they can’t get an order right to save their lives. English is the third language here and nobody knows how to make anything. And to boot their drive-through is like a drunk driving exam, somebody needs to get in there and train these kids on how to make the simplest of frozen drinks. I ordered a triple mocha, frozen coffee and when I have taste like water in Hershey syrup. If the owner is happy with how this restaurant is running, pray to God he doesn’t open a hospital. Taboo when you politely try to say to the window attendant that you didn’t understand her she gets mad at you Because you don’t speak Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili. Corporate needs to take a ride down and see what the heck you’re doing there.

Order food multiple times on Uber eats. The slip on the bag will have the correct order. The order in the bag will be completely wrong. And missing cheese. For example order a bacon egg and cheese on croissant. Received a sausage and egg on English muffin, for not 1 but al 3 sandwich. No straws for drinks. This isn't the first time. $60 for 5 people with messed up sandwiches and drinks. You need new staff that can read.

I tried the drive up and they did not know what cake donuts were. I then went in and they said they had only 7 old fashions. One person behind the counter was taking selfies of herself while no one else seemed to want to offer up solutions. Trackside donuts is by FAR a better place.

Ordered meal online. When I picked it up and brought it to work, the drink was not the correct drink. The meal was old and over cooked. Almost chipped a tooth on a wrap. Then after drinking my wrong drink, I found a cap to something at the bottom of the cup. Gross. Very unhappy with this location. Do better training and management dunkin.

Ordered a hot chocolate and it tasted like watery chocolate, flavored very disappointed would not recommend going back for hot chocolate there again

The ABSOLUTE WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. The drive thru employee was RUDE!!!!! Incredible that they would have someone like this working in a business. Asked for coffee with cream and sugar and was given black coffee. I said they had made a mistake and got a dirty look and was given cream and sugar to prepare my own.

Terrible workers! Eileen is the manager and is rude, they snatch money from you, ignore you. Why does Dunkin’ Donuts have the rudest employees ever. Come here if you want to leave upset and unsatisfied!

I had a terrible experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru. The store manager, Ailin, was rude and unprofessional, rushing me and interrupting my order despite no other cars being present. Only my drink was processed at the payment window, forcing me to reorder and pay separately. When I asked to speak with the manager, Ailin yelled over me, refused to give or spell her full name, and denied the store number, which I later found out was 359219. Her dismissive attitude continued as she told me to "go ahead and do whatever you want to do" when I mentioned contacting corporate, and she then yelled at her staff to give me my food. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Stop every morning since it’s on my way to work.
So the next day , I gave her money where she had to give me change back so this time I snatched it out of her hand she looked at me like I was crazy. I said to her you did it to me yesterday if you don’t like it done to you don’t do it to other people. The only person in there that is a five star employee is the woman her name is America I believe . She always has my coffee ready for me even before I get to the register they need more people like her over there. And I agree that manager lady is useless , do you think that seeing someone every day they would acknowledge you when you come in? She looks at you doesn’t even say nothing and looks back down. Very rude. They act like they’re doing you a favor by going in there everyone is running around and there is never nobody at the register. You always have to wait a few minutes before somebody comes over not even to say someone will be with you in a minute. They just make you stand like a dummy. May have to go out on my way now for coffee to at least feel like you’re appreciated for spending money in the business
