This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever encountered. After waiting behind one car in drive thru for almost 10 minutes (I was watching the clock) I pulled forward to get my iced tea. The girl at the window scanned my app then walked away. Another girl walked up, set the tea on the counter and then she turned away. I beeped my horn and called to them but no one responded. By then I was so mad that I left. I'll never stop there again!

I visited this Dunkin’ location on December 14th at 8:10 a.m., and unfortunately, it was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in to grab a latte and a doughnut, expecting it to be a quick visit. Despite several employees being behind the counter, it took quite a while for anyone to acknowledge me. When I finally placed my order, I waited far longer than necessary—31 minutes total—while other customers who arrived after me were served and left.

The communication throughout my visit was poor. My latte ended up in the mobile order section with no explanation, and when I asked if it was mine, I realized it had been made incorrectly. The staff had to remake it, but even after it was ready, it sat on the counter while I repeatedly asked if I could have it. Each time, I was told to wait, even though it was clear the drink was done. When I finally received my coffee at 8:41 a.m., the doughnut I ordered was also incorrect.

I understand the staff may have been busy, but this experience reflected a lack of organization, poor customer service, and no sense of urgency. I attempted to call the store later to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve service for future customers.

The hash browns tasted like fish. Very weird. Please change the oil or check your products quality. That was nasty. Although good prices and quick service.

there isn’t a rating that you can give this Dunkin’ Donuts the service there is very poor. The girl in the drive-through is rude. The manager is very rude. I went there. I asked for egg and cheese croissant and I said can you please put no egg but add extra cheese they gave me a plain cheese croissant with no sausage but I asked first can you please melt the cheese? They said no they don’t do that. That’s OK fine but they’re very rude and nasty to me the way they speak to you. I don’t know how they have such people servicing the customers so I paid $10 and some change for no sausage on my sandwich just cheese slapped in there not even melted. I called the store several times. No one picks up the phone once someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I will never go back to the store again. I wish I could post a picture that I have of my sandwich and you will see there’s nothing there but a croissant nothing inside of it but slice of cheese no sausage I put one star I should’ve put zero star

THE BEST DUNKIN EVER!!!! Obada had excellent customer service and the rest of the employees were soo sweet to me as a first timer. And the manager was the sweetest,genuine person ever! Where my application sigh me up!!! lol

Several issues with this place, starting with the “temporarily closed” notification online, but it is not. It is open and running. It should actually permanently close as the management is clearly lacking any sort of customer service standards. I went to the drive-thru today and ordered a simple green iced tea, with NO ICE. I was handed a drink that was slightly more than 3/4 full and when I asked for them to fill it with more tea I was told they were not allowed to fill a drink when the order included “NO ICE”. I asked for a supervisor who told me that it was her decision to not fill drinks to the top, when customers asked for NO ICE. Really? Okay, then I am no longer going here, and will go to the Starbucks, 1/2 mile up the road. The supervisor’s attempt to justify her reason was quite weird and didn’t make sense. She said that by removing ICE, it changes the recipe for the process. I responded that tea is made with tea bags and hot water!!! Her policy reflects poorly and will continue to filter downwards to the employees and onto the customers! Too bad!! I have been a customer of Dunkin Donuts since age 5,, I tried and tried my best to remain a customer, however the lack of corporate oversight and lack of standards is too far along and now imbedded into the culture of poor management and ownership of the franchises. To lose a long time customer because of an additional 1/4 tea, is not what I expected as I entered that drive-thru this morning.

There's no number to rate this disgusting type and don't us. The people are so rude. They touch the food with their fingers. The drive through this morning was disgusting. I would not recommend me to go there. I recommend you to go a couple of lights down to Starbucks. Literally, this place doesn't give you the pleasure to eat it at all. Poor service
