Not sure where to start. This place is amazing. Wonderful staff, wonderful atmosphere and the food is amazing. Very creative recipes and a great choice of wine. We discovered this restaurant by accident and loved it. Will go back for sure. Will try their Sunday brunch. Strongly recommend. One of the very best restaurants in the area including Naples.

We had several meals out during our vacation in Naples including a much more expensive seafood restaurant on 5th street however this gem of a restaurant was just so much more impressive! From the ambiance of a cozy European bistro to the service and most importantly the well executed food. We had the scallops for appetizer followed but the Garlic Cod to the beef bourguignon. Everything tasted incredible as if you are in Europe. For the locals in the area you should check this great place out because I would frequent this establishment regularly if I lived in the area.

This is the perfect place if you want excellent food, a staff that appears only when you need them or, more importantly, they see you will want something shortly. Professional, genuinely hospitable and the owner (John) came by twice to see how we were enjoying our evening. This was my fifth visit in a year and I brought two local friends for the first time. They were wowed by the food and service. The only thing lacking is a full bar- but the wine list is excellent. Worth the price for the quality of the food and service and love that you never feel rushed, even though it is "season."

I recently enjoyed a delightful experience at El Basque in Bonita Springs. The staff provided fantastic recommendations, and the portions were perfectly balanced. The chef's warm greeting and smiles added a personal touch. The pulpo was tender and full of flavor, while the French onion soup, with its unique vermouth twist and manchego cheese topping, was a standout. The calamari and pork were delectable. I look forward to returning and exploring more of the menu, all within a charming ambiance adorned with beautiful artwork.

The service and more importantly the food were both excellent. Had some small plates and split an entree so it was perfect for two people. Our waiter made a great wine recommendation and the Chef even checked in on everyone, very nice touch!

I lived in this area for 30 years. This by far has been the best restaurant experience I have ever had in Southwest Florida, and probably the top five in the world for me. Everything was completely perfect. And I love that it's so close to my home. I will be there many times. Speaking to other diners that evening, also agreed. everything from the ambience to the pleasant servers, owner, delicious food, great wines. Was excellent.
Hidden gem indeed! Bonita needs more diversity in its restaurants and El Basque delivers! Delicious food. Excellent service. Warm and friendly atmosphere. We will be back!

Ate here last night for the first time... we were a party of 4. Impeccable service, and cozy atmosphere... I felt like we were transported to Europe. The food and wine was great... be sure to save room for their almond cake - WOW! :)

This is one of our favorite hidden gems. Small 10 top restaurant with fabulous service and outstanding food. Perfect quiet background music. And decorated beautifully! Considering how good the food is, I think the prices are very reasonable. Highly Recommend!

What a great find! We heard fabulous reviews on this little Spanish oasis in the midst of Bonita Springs. Our expectations were exceeded. The atmosphere beckons quaint Old World romance. Erin our server, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the unfamiliar cuisine, making wine and food recommendations that were delightful and delicious, and she was respectfully attentive. The owner/chef checked on us several times to make sure all was satisfactory. From the scallops to the short ribs, pork, and calamari and topping it all off with a delightful "burnt" cheesecake ?... a culinary magnificence we'll be certain to repeat!!
