I'm new to Bonita, and I was looking for a place to eat lunch and have a real coffee. This place is excellent in every way. Food and service exceptional. The girls very attentive. Fast service although for me I don't need it to be fast. But I understand that everyone in the FL is in a hurry, so it's perfect if you're just walking fast. Very nice decoration and pleasant music. The best coffee I have had all year since I am Puerto Rican but I have lived outside my island for several years. I recommend it to anyone.

Excellent food and service!
Nestled in the heart of the city, Bonita Springs, transports you straight to Havana with its vibrant atmosphere, impeccable service, and, most importantly, its extraordinary cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warm smiles, rhythmic Cuban music, and a decor that exudes a lively yet cozy Caribbean charm.
Food:
The star of the show is undoubtedly the food. Each dish is a masterpiece, showcasing authentic Cuban flavors with a modern twist. The Bistec Palmesta is tender, perfectly spiced, and served with fluffy yellow rice and boiled yuca that are cooked to perfection. The cuban nachos and beef empanadas are melt-in-your-mouth delicious, with crispy skin and the mojo sauce.
For drinks, the Cubanita was simply divine, boasting the perfect balance of sweetness and spicy taste. Pair this with any of traditional Cuban cuisines, and you’ll feel like you’ve been whisked away to a tropical paradise.
Service:
The staff elevates the experience even further. They’re attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu

The service was impeccable. Our server greeted us with a genuine smile, introduced the menu with enthusiasm, and was incredibly attentive throughout the night. They anticipated our needs without being intrusive, refilling drinks and offering recommendations just as we started to wonder what to choose.

Not good on the food, the presentation was ok, but when i mixed the rice and the ropavieja was very salty, the place looked nice .

My husband and I came to Fernandez the Bull very soon after it first opened 1 year ago, and has quickly become our favorite!
I can't decide if I love the food or the people that run it better, and they are both fantastic.
Each time we come, we are greeted with a warmth like relatives coming home for dinner, with all the comfort, flavors, and care of deliciously and proudly prepared foods.
With so many visits, it's hard to choose a favorite dish, but I can tell you that we have worked our way around the menu extensively and keep coming back for more.
This meal was my absolute guilty pleasure is the Yuca Rellena which I have to get every time! It had a nice crust and is soft and fluffy on the inside and is not greasy AT ALL!. I had the surf and turf and the steak was so well prepared and cooked, which can be tricky on thinner cuts. This was beautifully charred on the outside and soft and rare on the inside and bursting with flavors! The shrimp were a good size, fresh, and properly cooked that still maintained it's snap. And I basically ordered bread just to shamelessly eat spoon fulls of the chimichuri!
My husband had the Shrimp and Scallops and said he wanted to pick up the dish and drink the broth! Haha
We love to eat at the beautiful bar that has comfortable seats, good space, and plenty of attention.
The drinks are well made with quality ingredients and great ice!
There are also sizable booth seating and table in the dining area, which are also well spaced so you never feel cramped in.
There are often talented musicians playing at the correct volume for enjoyment that you can talk over and still hear each other which is so often a problem in many places.
There's a great professional attention to the details of creating and running an elevated classic yet still comfortable restaurant that makes it great for a date night and your "go to" for a dressy casual great meal!
