Fabulous & Savory pizza joint in Bonita Springs, Fl. Our party of 5 arrived a few minutes before closing at 9:00pm on Sunday, June 1st and Tim the owner was so kind to prepare two amazing pies! The complimentary cannolis were perfect to cap off our last night. Thank you, Tim. We will be back!

Great pizza shop owned by Ohio couple. We stopped in on a Friday night with our golden retriever and sat on the patio - got the buckeye pizza and Italian sub. For the Ohio people… It’s like a donatos but better! :) soooo yummy, not greasy, and good portion sizes. Will def be back.

The buckeye special was amazing and the service and atmosphere were top notch while we waited for our pizzas!

A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home

Put it this way—I had a rough day at work, and stepping into Gatsby's Pizzeria completely turned things around. The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and just what I needed to unwind. The owners? Incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

Now, onto the food—absolute perfection! We started with the cheese ball appetizer, which was excellent. The homemade sauce? Fantastic. The bread cheese? Simply amazing. But the real highlight was the Margherita pizza—full of flavor, with a crust that was just right for my taste.

And then there was the cauliflower Margherita pizza my wife ordered. I gave it a try and, wow, it instantly became one of my favorites. Definitely coming back soon—this place is truly a gem!

Delicious thin and crispy pizza! Cut in squares, just like it is supposed to be cut. Great service and super clean. Highly recommend.
