Went this morning with my family because we were given a giftcard. While checking out our waiter couldn’t get the giftcard to work. Kept saying invalid. I asked him if he could manually enter it and he said no. It was just such a rude experience. It was a little busy so we paid another way but if it hadn’t of then I think we would have stayed and asked for a manager. After leaving I called the number on the giftcard and our balance was still $50 and our bill was $48. Also left a $10 cash tip. Ugh
