Jersey Mike's Subs

Subs are all great but the Portobello Mushroom and Swiss sub is absolutely delicious.

The service is fantastic! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a welcome and smile! The speed to make sandwiches is good. I like the Veggie or Italian and my husband likes the turkey and provolone. Mikes way the “way” to order your sub! Love the vinegar and spices! We visit Bonita ever year a couple times and our go to lunch is this Jersey Mikes! Will be returning soon for another great sub! We like to sit outdoors and enjoy our subs. The inside is good too! Always clean and welcoming! See ya in a week!

Usually is pretty good. Noticed the store has been dirty, rugs, garbage laying around, counters not wiped. No one in there today so staff should be picking up. Worker had exposed cuts and scabs on arms not covered which was odd.

This location needs serious help. Lack of training and management were more than apparent. From the way the bread was cut to the way we were charged, everything was incorrect.

I frequent Jersey Mike's for lunch, and it never disappoints. The staff is always super friendly, even when the place is packed during the noon lunch rush. The sandwiches are always fresh and tasty—perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch. Just a heads-up, the lunch hour can be busy, so you might need a little patience as they handle the crowd. It’s definitely worth the wait if you're in the mood for a great sandwich!

I am normally a big fan of Jersey Mike's and I almost always order the 17 Philly and when I came in on Monday the guy that was taking orders and working the meats was great with the customers but took a while to get to me to ask what I wanted to order. When I told him I wanted a 17 with very little seasoning he relayed that to the grill guy who I could hear moaning and he said, well I won't put any on then. Then he took a long time with my order. I think on purpose. Then today I went in at 11:30am. I was third in line. It seemed to take a long time to ask the people in front of me so I had said out loud just a heads up I would like a 17 so they would know that I was getting a hot sub. The same guy was working the grill and he turned and gave me a dirty look. It was another 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and the same guy that was working the meats and taking orders on Monday was on that station today. He said so you would like a 17? I said yes but add the southwestern sauce and I'll give that a try. That same bald headed old guy with the glasses turned again and gave me another dirty look. It took 15 minutes to get my order and it was less than half the ingredients that is normally in a regular 17 sub and I didn't notice right away because he had put me behind schedule and I was driving and letting it cool off. As you can imagine I was pissed off!

First time to visit Jersey Mike's Subs on Bonita Beach Rd and won't be back. Been in the area for over 30years and for $10 the chicken sub was lack luster at best. The cheese overwhelmed all other flavors because there wasn't much of anything else in the sub. It should have come with ample chicken, fried onions and tomatoes, but because those ingredients were so few, I could only taste the cheese. And its a pleasant tasting cheese, but the bread, even though substantial and fluffy, had almost no taste at all. Maybe Jersey Mike's Subs is a ‘northern’ following thing but the food should stand on its own merit and IMO, it doesn't. Lack luster at best and won't be back for the rest!

Was served the wrong chips for my order and my sandwich was so wet I couldn’t eat it. Stop putting so much oil and vinegar on the sandwiches that they are so soggy you can’t even eat them when you get home.
