Placed our order online and picked it up. Ordered an original Italian sub - it tasted great! Had lots of meat on it (unlike some competitor sub shops) and had lots of flavor too. It was a little expensive but a great quality sandwich. Thumbs up!

Amazing service quick and workers do rlly well the rush I also wanna give credit to the kid with glasses super nice and had our order exactly how we wanted kids name was Xavier did a wonderful job

Called a few minutes before closing and they were kind enough to still take my order. I picked it up right at closing time. I Didn’t realize they closed at 9. They didn’t have to do that but went above and beyond and still took my order. Good employees who actually care. Plus the food is delicious.

I'm a frequent customer of Jersey Mike's. I used to go there almost weekly. I had surgery so I have had to use the delivery service. What a disappointment! I am very specific requesting extra, extra oil & vinegar & wanting it on the top & bottom of the roll. Unfortunately, I definitely don't get my request. So, I have been very hesitant to order delivery again. I hate a dry sub. I feel I need to be present in order to get it the way I want it. Unfortunately, that's not always possible.

took 3 hours for sandwich. had to remake it then took guest over me when i was waiting.

Was there today around 1.the lettuce bin was all brown i asked if they had fresh lettuce they said maybe in the back .they brought out a handful of more brown lettuce. I would up having a turkey sandwich . I won't be back to this location .

I love jersey mikes subs, but this makes me not want to order from here ever again. Which is sad because i work 2 mins away. I ordered my sub on the app as I usually do at 11am. The app said it would be ready by 11:56am which is insane, AN HOUR TO GET A SANDWICH and then I waited an additional 30 mins at the store, That's just insane!!! There was a ridiculous amount of people at this location, it was so packed that you would think they were giving away free sandwiches. Employees were very nice and super attentive I'll give them that.

The subs are good, but the food handling safety concept is poor. I waited in line for 35 minutes for a sub, and the employees never changed their gloves. They made about 50 subs in front of us, but they touched trash cans, the register, their faces, and then the food. Really unacceptable.
