Called a few minutes before closing and they were kind enough to still take my order. I picked it up right at closing time. I Didn’t realize they closed at 9. They didn’t have to do that but went above and beyond and still took my order. Good employees who actually care. Plus the food is delicious.

I love jersey mikes subs, but this makes me not want to order from here ever again. Which is sad because i work 2 mins away. I ordered my sub on the app as I usually do at 11am. The app said it would be ready by 11:56am which is insane, AN HOUR TO GET A SANDWICH and then I waited an additional 30 mins at the store, That's just insane!!! There was a ridiculous amount of people at this location, it was so packed that you would think they were giving away free sandwiches. Employees...
