Jet's Pizza

This is a terribly managed Jet's Pizza. On 1/30/25 I rushed to get there before they closed at 10pm. I walked in the place at exactly 9:45pm only to be told by some lady, that I assumed was the manager, that they already shut down the ovens and were closed. This lady just closes up 15-mins esrly because she feels like it. Very unprofessional. I hope the owner of this franchise sees this review because he or she needs to know how badly his Pizza shop is being managed.

The pizza was ok. Nothing special. Atmosphere so so. Service was good. Would not drive just to go here with other options in the area for pizza.

Excellent service and even better pizza incl. gf pie! This place was steady busy but that didn’t deter the service of the crew working the pies and oven. Everything came out better than expected. GF pie, as there was one Celiac in the group, was the best crust they’ve tasted in Fl! Thanks and we’ll be back!!

Josh was so so so friendly. He really explained the menu well and was very hospitality forward from start to finish. A great choice to welcome customers!

Love Jets great pizza everytime we go.Love it?❤️

Maybe I just got a bad one but I ordered an NY style pepperoni pizza that was barely edible. The crust was like shoe leather. Also price online was $22 for a 6 slice pie, not even a true large, then I see the price in the store at $15. That explains the “Turbo week half price online offer”. Grandpa’s in Bonita is so much better.

I eat here regularly and every day and every time, my pizza is supper hot baked perfection. The lunch crew around 12ish are great.

We’ve been ordering from jets several times a week for years and now they’re not giving napkins 2 napkins really! That’s what the manager told us 2 is the limit so I’ll be sure to not get jets ever again! Sorry to leave the great employees over napkins but it is what it is! Thanks for all the good

I’m usually a thin and crispy crust kind of girl but I loved Jet’s deep dish crust! It is not doughy … it’s crisp and delicious. We got a sausage pizza and will definitely get another one while we are here. It’s so yummy! .

What a joke! Ordered $55 worth of food on-line at 624pm. Received email telling me food would be delivered at 704pm. At 724 (hr later) I called to check on the status of my order. Skippy (didn’t catch name) told me order was on the way. 15minutes later still no ?….Called back again to check on pizza. This time Xavier (?) told me my pizza hadn’t left yet? Then spoke with John (I think) who said he was the manager. Explained situation and he informed me that pizza was going out for delivery now?? Seriously, I asked him why another employee told me it had already gone out? He didn’t really seem to care and told me it’s a pizza joint and they have some 15yr old employees. Last time I spend my HARD Earned $ at Jets. Totally disappointing customer service….
