Excellent smoked Wagyu beef brisket sandwiches !

This might be the best butcher shop I've ever visited. It offers an incredible selection at reasonable prices for the quality. I'm not usually into shopping, but I could spend an hour browsing the meats.

This is mainly to shout out one of the employees at the shop. I believe her name is Megan ( I hope that's correct) I know she is a relatively new employee. She was fantastic. I love her energy and for a new kid on the block she knew alot and was very helpful. This was our first time in the shop and not only will we be back because everything we got was yummy, but because of her. We would not have even thought about purchasing the cooked smoked meats but she had us try some and we got three different ones because of it and we also got some of the bacon/cheese and jalapeno/ cheese burger mixes due to her suggestion. She was not pushy AT ALL, just authentic in her excitement over the products. The pastrami made amazing sandwiches BTW ! We will be back.

Place is a staple to South West Florida for Waygu steaks, Burgers, brisket and homemade sausages. As good as it gets.

Top notch butcher shop. The cuts and options in store make Jimmy P's a one stop shop for a memorable dinner. The wagyu burger pattie will have you reimagining your home recipe and set a new bbq standard. The jerky is a must and don't forget the in house brisket sandwich. Wish there was one in Chicago. This place is the best. Everything I've had from the deli is amazing every time and the girls working do a great job. The whole chicken is incredibly juicy. Anyone that complains about this place is a big fat loser and doesn't deserve to be taken seriously by anyone on anything.

Staying in FMB and took a trip down for some steak today. Absolutely amazing. Tried the A5 Japanese Wagyu, Wagyu Porterhouse and strip steaks. All were delicious.

My husband gets the best meat to smoke here! They always have great seasoning recommendations as well!

Butcher shop, restaurant, really high quality food. Had a pastrami sandwich today and it was delicious and a fair price.
