La Fontanella Ristorante

The food here is always good. That gets 5 stars. We went on a busy night and felt the service was rushed. Outside seating is alot quieter. Also the menu is getting more pricey. Still a great pick for dinner.

Been here many times, the food never disappoints. Service is lovely. We just had a very loud table right beside us on the patio. It took about an hour till they quiet it down and then it was fine.

Our server was AMAZING!! I think his name was Rick or Rich??? Sorry, we forgot...what we didn't forget was his excellent service. It was busy, he had many tables, he ran his tail feathers off, and he was pleasant and attentive. Thank you for wonderful service!

The food was very good but the service left something to be desired There were not enough servers but the customers should not have to suffer Our server did not check on our meals nor did he ask us is wanted coffee or dessert Our water glasses were not refilled either

Had a lovely dinner for four. Our waiter was a delight. Loved the Bronzino, cannelloni and Osso Bucco. I didn't ask the market price on the Oso Buco and I was a little surprised at the $60 MP. Cannoli for dessert was very fresh, and the crème brûlée was good as well.

Dinner at La Fontanelle was its usual excellent. I always want to keep this as our "best kept secret" but in fairness, helping this place grow is in our best interest. Great food and service as always!

The evening was beyond great. My wife's filet mignon and my osso buco were spectacular, as was the creme brulee desert. The service was also great from Matthew. BUT, they tried to charge us $54 for a (#213) bottle of Montepulciano that was on the menu for $48. It ruined what was a really great evening up until then.

This is perhaps the best Italian restaurant in SW Florida. The food, service and ambiance is consistently first class. EVERYTHING on the menu is simply outstanding.

Food was very good. Waiter seem very inflexible to make any modifications to the items as described on the menu.

Can't say a bad word about La Fontanella. Pure excellence! Cannelloni prepared the way I remember it in Italy. Flavorful dishes, right down to the garlic/lemon butter that comes with your warm bread. Friendly atmosphere with great staff and service.

Waiter( Tad) was wonderful. Friendly and efficient. I wanted a change from the item on the menu. No problem. Food was wonderful. Wait staff was so welcoming. We've been there twice recently and will definitely be there again and again. I truly highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and the service was outstanding. My wife has dietary issues and they were extremely accommodating.

The Cannelloni were terrific. The flavor was just as Inexpected. The sause was rich, but not over powering. Even the bread and butter were expertly prepared. The Chianti was excellent. Our server was polite, professional and very knowledgable. He took care of the four of usbwithout being intrusive. He was always there when we needed him, but never too soon nor too late. I was very impressed.
We had the early ird specials which was 50% off on entres so what a great value!!
