A friend got us take out from here and the food was absolutely delicious! The high Google rating makes total sense - the food has great flavor. The ground beef tostadas were amazing! I can’t wait to try more on their menu. We ate it over an hour after it was picked up and everything still tasted great - I can only imagine how delicious it is fresh!

Food was fresh and high quality. Staff was friendly. My order was incorrect but due to our schedule I just went ahead with what I was given. The tostadas were cold and disappointing. Was more like an appetizer than an entree. Prices are way too high for what you get so the value is not quite there. We may still give them another try since we really wanted to like this place.

Went there for lunch. Very over priced for the quality and quantity. Very little meat on their tostada and very small. Their quesadilla has virtually no chicken. They tried to bill me for dinner prices When I complained then they told me they would lower our bill to Lunch prices. Don’t waste your money or time. No wonder the had no customers

Delicious, authentic, friendly! Words I would use to describe Lapa’s. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a taste of Central America. The service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious, and the owner herself taking time to chat with patrons is always appreciated. I will be back! Wishing many more years of success to Lapa’s!

I really had a great experience here. The food was the best I had in Central American cuisine. I lived in PR for three years and never had a fine meal as this. I am definitely coming back. Service was just as good as the food.

We were looking for a new restaurant to try and came across Lapa’s Costa Rican Bistro. Food was excellent. The homemade guacamole was one of the best we’ve had with nice chuck’s of avocado, onions, and fresh tomato. We shared the Carne en Salsa and sweet plantains were perfect. Our server, Silivia, gave us amazing customer service so my fiance Chuck had his picture taken with her. Highly recommend.
