This location is very bright and cheery very pleasant experience employees are very helpful very pleasant food is always warm and correct I would definitely recommend stopping by here

Horrible night service. We have been here over an hour. We waited at first 20 or more minutes, went to the front and he gave us some explanation that he’s by himself and that there’s people waiting for their orders. And told him I was too. So being nice I said if I go around will you take my order and he said yes. Waited another very long time. Unprofessional. I lost count how long I was there. Just very unprofessional. 3 people only working?And they didn’t apologize or say we’re sorry. Food dissatisfied as well. I will be stopping by to talk to the manager.

Absolute worst drive-through service I’ve ever experienced. We visited for a week and I buy Diet Coke every day. Without exception our order was incorrect. Additionally, one of the ladies at the window actually decided to argue with me about whether or not I ordered a Diet Coke.

“I cannot say enough great things about Luce and the team at this McDonald’s! Every time I come through the drive-thru, Luce’s exceptional service and incredible hospitality make it a truly standout experience. In a time when excellent customer service seems to be a lost art, Luce reminds you of what genuine care and attentiveness look like. From the warm smile to the positive energy, it’s clear Luce loves what they do, and that enthusiasm is contagious.
Unfortunately Luce needs to be the manager because we even heard her speak in Spanish and English to ensure the order was correct but when we got home we were let down after we opened the bag. The order was wrong the food was freezing and my pregnant fiancé is so upset I had the luxury of ordering dominoes cause not many places are open at this time. In my opinion, you could’ve had three alpacas working there and we might’ve had a better chance. To add insult to injury we were not given a receipt so we can’t even return it. I understand that inflation is bad and it interest rates are up but two double cheeseburgers and two Mc doubles with a medium fries cost over $20. At least they could be hot and edible. And not to mention that you can tell a lot of cross cutting is happening to a lot of McDonald’s products not only are the burgers now the size of white Castle burgers, It seems to me they have reduce the size of all their items to keep up with inflation and interest rates, but that is a very terrible thing to do to their guest because they should do one or the other make your products, smaller or make your price higher, not both

Reeked of weed me and one other vehicle waited 17 minutes and they mess up both of our meals also was told by the cashier that “he hopes I don’t want my 78 cents back because he doesn’t have it “I know you don’t except much from McDonalds but to not even provide change is wild

Visited on Thanksgiving day! It was only fast food restaurant open in our area. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. The fries not hot but nothing to complain about. A great McDonalds experience!
