What’s with all the salt? Burger and fries so salty it was difficult to eat and we wasted most of it. I’d much rather they cut back on salt and offer packets for the salt lovers!

This McDonald's is super customer friendly... Had and order that got canceled and they remade it super fast.
Horrible front counter service. No one is present at the front. People have stood there and left. Door dashers standing there waiting and no one to attend. A worker passed by without acknowleding customers.. Horrible!!!!!!!

This McDonald’s has gone downhill.It’s run by a bunch of kids. They have no customer service at all. They all mumble when they talk to you so it’s hard to understand what they are saying. The food is lousy. My hamburgers were both raw in the middle and the fries were still frozen. Someone could get food poisoning.The staff is always hanging out with their friends instead of helping people at the counter.I saw a boy playing with this EarPod then handling food. That was disgusting.? This used to be the best McDonald’s in Bonita Springs. It’s clear there is no strong management here.

Never again am I coming here again. I'll spend money elsewhere

Lazy workers and cold food. They're supposed to bring your food to your table, that's what the numbers at self checkout are for, but they don't. The food wasn't even fresh. Poor service.

I ordered online thru the app and that worked great and food was ready shortly after I arrived, that said you would think it would have been hot. Burger and fries were luke warm at best (Sat in dining room) but what was most upsetting after paying so much for lunch and upgrading from a medium to large fry, it was only about 2/3 full. I paid good hard earned money for a large and received maybe a medium. Completely ripped off and major disappointment. The team could at least make sure the fries are FULL and HOT ? We all know you can do better. The pics added show my disappointment.

About 3:30pm, Saturday, January 13, 2024.Me and my friend went through the Drive-Thru.The entire crew didn't know what they were doing. They were very disrespectful and rude, with a very bad attitude, and tried making my friend and I pay TWICE the amount. My friend handed his card over to pay for his meal, and they said it was all good. I handed mine over, and the balance wasn't enough, okay. So then my friend ends up paying for MY meal.I went inside to confront the staff, and they all looked around like chickens without heads. "uh, which order?"And then once I get the order number one, it's on a dine-in plate. We went through the drive-thru, we do not want to dine in! I corrected them, and they finally gave me MY order in a bag. My friend's order was ready, but taken away from me, and they apparently didn't know that it was for us! They thought it was for another Drive-Thru customer!I had to fight for our food and explain to them that we paid for both orders already.What a nonsensical mess. This restaurant needs better training and staff.
