Fantastic spot with top notch beer selection and immaculately maintained pinball machines.

I was in there Saturday night with a buddy to get a few drinks. The hipster bartender with short shorts and a mustache rang me up for $14.91 for 2 beers. I handed him a $20 and he never brought back change. Guess he needed the $5 . We left after 1 round. Do better

In the middle of an industrial park, hard to find, noisy and poor service.
I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Average locally brewed beer. Service was less than.. it's all in the words you choose to either be polite or be condescendingly rude to ask or tell a customer to wait while you help someone else. Less than a dozen people in the place..first sign of average or nothing else to do on a Sunday. Glad we went so we know we won't be back

Riptide is great. But the taco food truck in front needs to seriously go buy containers!!!! We go there weekly on Wednesday and I always love the taco truck. But every time I ask for a container he is always out. It’s not hard to go to Walmart and buy some dude. And today I got really the worst presentation.. sauce in a plastic baggie? The beans weren’t even sealed and spilled all over…. Seriously.

I love this brewery! They offer a good selection of beers and are friendly. My wife and I frequent here all the time. We also had our reception party here, and rented their private room. It was a wonderful experience.

Came here on trivia night to see the man, the myth, the legend Greg Finley!! Very fun trivia night, excellent beverages, and the food truck Yo Samaras was delicious - the plantains were extra good!

We stopped by for a couple of beers. However, the server must have handed me the wrong receipt, for the total was different than what we paid... Mistakes happen, and management cleared it up quickly! My wife, our friend and I were not very impressed with the beers, but they are of good quality at a fair price. Riptide does a lot to support the local community, so it's worth a stop just for that. However, serving the beers in a cupcake tray is not the best!

The beers have improved dramatically over the last several months. Excited to see what they offer soon. Do not offer food however, which is the only drawback.

Great beer, you can pick your flights, pinball league with about 40 machines inside, food truck. You're welcome.

We were excited to try this place out after a fun day in Bonita Springs with my wife, 3 year old son, and our 1 month old. The day before we ended up at Kaleidoscope Beer Co. because we thought it was still Riptide (maybe update your website because this was not the only inaccuracy, more later).

I thought it was a pleasant surprise that it happened to be free pinball play with purchase of beverage. Right away the bartender got on me about charging $5 for my wife standing at a pinball machine with my 3 year old showing him how to push the buttons. I clarified that if I bought multiple drinks it would not be a problem.Went to close out a little while (and multiple drinks) later and the bartender tacked on $5 for pinball. When I asked him about it he said my son was standing there pushing buttons. We were never at any point taking up more than one pinball machine at one time as a family yet apparently letting my 3 year old hit the start button justifies charging us for it. I told the bartender he’s 3 and wasn’t actually playing or taking up an additional machine. He said it “doesn’t matter, he was pushing buttons” and he was “just doing what the boss tells me”.

Not sure whether the bartender is just a d*ck or if the owner actually would also have been that unreasonable if they were there. Given Riptide’s stance on a 3 year old playing pinball I didn’t even bother debating the fact that their website says happy hour is 3-6 pm during the week meaning $2 off beers. We paid full price for our beers and an extra $5 for a 3 year old hitting buttons. Money honestly isn’t the issue, we’re locals and love supporting our community whenever we can. Several neighbors in our community are business owners and we frequent their establishments as often as we can. I just don’t like being mislead, especially by non family friendly places. Needles to say we will not be returning to Riptide ever again.
