Muji Thai Country & Sushi (Bonita Beach rd)

I always love supporting local & going there makes you feel like you’re visiting family. They gave back to the community during the Hurricane (Families, First Responders…) and are the kindest people. Their lunch specials/Happy Hour are hard to beat - I get the Pad Thai & their addicting Thai Donuts.

This is a tough one to write because the sushi at Muji Thai is amazing, but we just can't get past the strong sewage smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. We've tried to dine in twice, and both times we had to leave because the odor was so overpowering and unpleasant. It's a real shame because the sushi here is some of the best around.
We've resorted to getting our sushi to go a couple of times, and that works out well since we don't have to deal with the smell inside. However, it's still hard not to think about the smell while enjoying the sushi.
We tried the other Muji Thai location in Bonita Springs, but the experience wasn't great. The owner, who was our server, was very rude, and honestly, the sushi wasn't as good as the food from the Bonita Beach Road location.
We really want to go back to this Muji Thai on Bonita Beach Road because the sushi is so incredible, but something has to be done about that odor. The building might be old, but that's no excuse for such a strong and persistent sewage smell.

We ordered from the lunch menu at MUJI Sushi and Thai and had a great experience! The meal came with a soup and appetizer, which was a nice touch. The Pad Thai with tofu was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the beef dish was just as delicious. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. The service was great—our server was very pleasant and made the experience even better. We’re already looking forward to coming back to try more items on the menu!

Omg! If you are looking for THE BEST THAI FOOD, then THIS is your place!!!! I am obsessed. I live hours away and I insisted on coming back to the beach nearby on purpose so I could order from here. Please never change, I love it here so much!

Food was good, service a bit slow. Parking is very tricky and not easy. Staff was friendly. Prices right in line for what you get. Not sure if I will return, but we'll see.

On the internet it said that they have vegan options. Not true they don't have any

This place is a not-so-hidden gem. I got the super spicy roll and it was awesome! Everyone at our table was happy with their order and we’ll definitely be back.
