Small place. The food was good but the service was slow. There are better options around but it’s not a bad choice.

Ordered multiple times. Never had an order mixed up, but 3 orders were delivered undercooked, sometimes unsafe to eat. Had to cook them ourselves. Would not recommend.

Ordered delivery. Pizza was hot and on-time. I thought the pizza quality was outstanding and right up there with the best in the area (Grandpa’s Pizza, Enrico’s and Joey D’s). Fair price and an extra large pizza (18”). Great topping choices (ex Meatballs, Peppers, Clams, Eggplant, Hotpeppers, Ricotta). Normally I’m more critical than most but whoever is now making pizzas when I ordered is better than many of the ones in the reviews here. Never been to any of the other locations. Didn’t realize there were other outposts but honestly I can see why. Hope the inconsistency at this store gets solved because I’d hate to lose this nearby option.

We ordered a large cheese pizza half with pepperoni and decided to eat at Napoli. As usual, the pizza arrived hot and fast. Generally we eat here about once a week getting the small pizza so no leftovers. Today we arrived early enough to order the large special. Upon arriving home the pizza box was placed on top of the stove while I opened the box to see what size container I would need for the extra slices. Well what did I find, lots and lots and lots of ANTS. How did they get there? They were't on the pizza tray. This happened once before when we brought pizza home only we found roaches in the box.... Lesson don't bring pizza home with you........eat it all where you bought it!!!!!!

Ordered an xl white pie with extra broccoli and extra sausage. Arrived home to find little broccoli and sausage. It was dry and inedible. Took it back and they wouldn't do anything to satisfy our displeasure . Terrible custermer service. It was $38. Never again and they don't

Ordered pizza here last night. They said it would be 30-45 minutes for pick up. Husband went to pick up at 30 minutes, kid at the register said it wasn't ready. Waited another 15 minutes and the guy making the pizzas said something to the kid at the register. Yep - our pizza was sitting there - was done over 15 minutes prior. So we had a cold pizza and a late dinner. Really?EDIT: So we gave it one more chance last night. Ordered a MEDIUM pizza. Husband picked it up and they gave us a large (charged us for a large) and the crust was half baked - doughy. Will not go back. Really loved this place when they first opened, but apparently they are more interested in putting up more stores than they are in getting competent workers. PS - they were not busy at all. Wonder why.

Absolutely unacceptable. This place is run by idiots. I’ve had small issues before but the pizza is decent and very close to my house. I ordered via slice today because I was really craving a pizza and I show up at 12:31 when the order was supposed to be ready and the guy says “oh yea, 10 minutes.” Uhhh no, I wanted the pizza when it was supposed to be ready. I’ve placed at least 6-8 orders usually over $50 each time in the last 3 months and I will never be back now.

We ordered for delivery at around 630 and the pizza never showed up 7pm. I called to get an update they told me the pizza will be there shortly. At 8 o’clock and they told me the same thing go figure 9 o’clock at night with no dinner. This place is terrible.

We went for pizza after fishing. So happy they sell pizza by the slice. The girl behind the counter was on her cell phone. I had to repeat my order twice. She charged me. I paid. Then the pizza guy was super nice. He brought out my pizza. We waited. The girl never got the order right. She didn't get the other two slices. So I had to pay again and wait some more. The food was delicious. The girl, terrible.
