Very unprofessional so many servers and no one took our order the people in front us also just paid for their drinks because no ones was taking their order they didn’t seem busy at all neither some where just standing looking clueless. Do better !

Order take out frequently. The blooming onion other new blooming onion sirloin is a salt bomb ( couldn't eat the topping ) A swing and a miss. Got the grilled Chicken/ sirloin combo with baked potato and fries on 2/10/25. I split the combo into two days.when I opened the bag I thought they forgot something because there was only one container for the entrees. Whom ever packaged it had put the fries on the bottom ( usually they are in a separate container) and piled everything else on top of them. I mean really people? I get better packaging at Burger King and pay half as much.

Worked with Armando who was fantastic. So friendly, so helpful and so nice. Made me want to always do carry out. Lucky Outb ack for having him at your restaurant! Hope he gets the employee of the month award every month. Thanks Armando!!

Quickstep for a cocktail and appetizer, everything was great, and the service was friendly and prompt. Food was served quickly, and every employee we met while we were in the restaurant was welcoming and friendly.

One of the staff, Felipe, was doing an amazing job. Even though he wasn't our server, he was really hustling. The staff was friendly.

Waitstaff is supposed to come back and confirm steaks are cooked to satisfaction. This did not happen. Never came back for drink refills. Never saw Waitstaff until she came back with the bill. Did not command a 30% tip

This is a nice outback. I sat at the bar and had the chicken steak combo, salad and veggie. Very fast service and was served hot and my order was perfect. Bartender served me 2 house Margaritas that were not very potent....but they were only $7.

We had a very nice experience this evening. Adrian, our waiter, was friendly, kind, knowledgeable & soooo prompt. Adrian’s boss, Yannira (not sure of her spelling) stopped by our table & was delightful & very friendly. You could tell she enjoyed her job & the customers. The food & service was great!

One of our party has a shellfish allergy. We called yesterday and said that we were coming in today. They offered to keep one of their fryers clean so that we could order a bloomin onion without fear of shellfish contamination. That's what I call going above and beyond!!! Excellent service too. Highly recommend.

We always go to outback in Bonita for diner.! But this time we decided to have lunch our server Yanira she also was our bartender was excellent very professional, attractive so friendly we definitely coming back and asked for her. ❤️

Bartender was very cute and she always greeted me with a smile. It was my fist time visiting outback in Florida as we don’t have very many here in Canada 🇨🇦. I will be back to visit for sure. Also you have to have the bread and butter. It was so yummy. 😋

Let me just say, the service with Adrian was outstanding! He had such an outgoing personality and was super attentive. We had many modifications to our order and it came out perfectly. 100% will dine in again and with Adrian as our server each time. Thank you!!! :)
