Made an online ordered to be delivered. I did NOT receive all of my items. Nor did i recieve an email or call in regards to the item they did not have for me, but they still charged for me it didn't get a credit back!! When trying to call to find out the issue was kept on hold for over 15-mins to the point I had to hang up!

This is by far the worst Papa Johns I've been to. The staff there never want to admit they did your order wrong and treat you like you are dumb and they did do what you asked. Very unmannered and disgusting treatment, besides you have to wait almost 2 hours to get your food. We need to change this behavior because this used to be a great place to get your kids food after school or a kids get together and now is horrible ?

Delivery guy was tipped 20% prior to performance in good faith, only to have him accidentally drop our wings all over the ground and drench our pavers in grease. I was fine with that. What I wasn’t fine with was him telling me to call the office to fix it. I did, I was on hold for 12+ minutes and outsourced with no solutions. What a joke.

The partnership with DoorDash will be the downfall of the Bonita springs Papa John’s.

Very unfortunate. I’m sure it saves money for the store, but the quality and experience is handed off to a 3rd party courier with the least vetted drivers.

Walked in at 920 and was told they can not take any orders. If there is a sign that says is opened they it should provide service.Gave food a 3 but have not tried it in 10 yrs.

awful disgusting dirty roach infested joint I got diarrhea for days

Awful experience, avoid location. Customer service people are rude, racist, and, the food isn’t worth it. Don’t waste your time!
