Pinchers

We had dinner there on Tuesday. The fish and chips were dry. They are much better at The British Pub. I asked for scampi butter and was charged an extra $3.00 on top of the already high prices. I sent an email to your company and never got a returned email. We will never eat there again.

the food was good, service was ok but the prices were out of this world expensive! i felt like i cook dog went to fifth ave and had fine dining for the same price!

We had an excellent experience at the Bonita Springs Pinchers. Our server, Omar, was polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our drinks never went empty, and he even used the classic “pardon my reach,” which shows real professionalism.

He added a fun touch by writing his name with a little fish and sunset doodle on the table liner — small details that stood out. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were friendly, and service was quick and smooth.

We usually go to the Naples location once a month, but after tonight, Bonita Springs is our new favorite. Omar made the night great!

My family and I have been going for 20 + years to this Pinchers and other locations. Food is consistently Great and a good value.
Don't skip the handcut fries and garlic green beans!

After going to this restaurant for years, the last couple of times I felt disappointed. Fried shrimp were small and dry, green beans had no taste and broccoli was yellow. I hope they get their act together.

We loved eating here! Everyone was welcoming and went above and beyond. They even brought me a huge slice of pie with candles for my birthday! The shrimp scampi pasta is amazing 👏🏼

We tried Pinchers for the first time. I had the sizzle special of shrimp scampi. The new England clam chowder was excellent. The shrimp scampi was lacking the garlic flavor I prefer. My wife had the Jumbo crabcakes and they were delicious and plentiful. Service was good. If we go back I will definitely go for the crabcakes.

So came in for dinner. From the time we were seated til we left, we were there 48 minutes (2 adults). Not sure if the waiter is new but, he took my husbands food order and he must have assumed it was one meal for two people because he started to walk away. He didn't know the menu well. We ordered an appetizer, and two meals off Sizzle. Drinks came out quick, salads came out almost immediately then two minutes later the app came out. Don't app's come out before meal selections? Table was a four seater on the isle by the bar. Not much space between seated guests and bat seats (which were full). And barely any room for food on the table. Both of us had more then 1/2 our salads left and each had one crab Rangoon and dinners were brought out. We told the guy it was too fast but he proceeded to leave them and now they are hanging over the table. Waiter keeps trying to push the plates further onto the table but no room. Waiter tried on 2 occasions to take our salads and app to wrap up because we had no room. . Finally on the third stop I gave up on my salad and told him to take it... moved the app to one dinner plate which we did not finish, so he could take that plate. Food was very good but fish dinners were cold by the time we got it them. Took fish & app & key lime home tossed all my fries and some fish. This just made for a miserable dining experience having to rush and toss food. Way Too Fast! Sorry guys... please try and improve this.

The worst piece is grouper in my 41 years of living here! Dry, tiny and fishy in addition to biting into “ maybe cartilage?” It was gross! Expensive as well!
