We tried Pinchers on a whim...Great choice!We had a 30 minute wait to be seated, it was very busy. Once seated, our waitress came and took our drink order and we got a crab cake for an appetizer. The crab cakes are phenomenal. Our dinners consisted of blackened salmon over a Ceasar salad and shrimp scampi over penne. Both meals were outstanding. We took a piece of carrot cake to go... Caution the pieces are really big. Ours lasted two days. We will definitely go again and recommend going to everyone

Our party of two arrived at 6:01pm on a Monday night for dinner and we were told it would be a 30-50 minute wait for a table. We were okay with the wait time and added our name to the list. We received no text messages for the next 45 minutes while we waited for a table. At 6:46pm we received a text message from the restaurant saying that we had been removed from the wait-list. Upon asking why we were removed from the wait-list, we were told the hostess "accidently" removed our name from the list. We were then told that we could be added to the wait-list again, but it would be another 20-30 minute wait. No other option was provided, and no apology from the staff was offered - this is totally unacceptable customer service. We were looking forward to a good seafood dinner - but obviously that did not happen, thanks to the staff at Pinchers. We chose to dine and spend our money elsewhere, and we will not be back to this particular restaurant due to their poor "customer service".

Pinchers used to be one of my favorites, but they have completely gone down hill. I went for lunch today, oysters were covered in sand, I asked them if they could clean them, and they brought them back to me, still covered in sand. Not to mention, they brought my appetizers and my meal at the exact same time. Portions are smaller and prices are higher. I will not be back.

Came in to dine with our family for my son's 5th birthday and Rachel was fantastic! Even offered to go half with us on some cake with us for our son out of her own pocket! Best service we've had in a long time 11/10 we will be returning and definitely asking for Rachel the kids loved her!

We've been coming here for years. Love the variety of menu. Mostly we have fish or seafood but some in our group have burgers or wings. It's all delicious and perfectly prepared. 30 minute call ahead seating makes a big difference. Two for one drinks all day are nice too!
