The pizza is not good. I went two times because they forgot to put my ham and my Hawaiiana pizza and they forgot to put pepperoni on my cheese pizza bad review.

Ordered for delivery at 5:30 last night. Driver showed up at 7 & said hope order is correct. Said person there was having a meltdown. Wings were wrong & no dipping sauce, even though I ordered extra. Only reason I ordered was because Papa John's didn't have a driver. Will be a long time before I order again. Use to be good when they had sit down restaurant

Just talked to a woman and got hung up on twice. . She was super rude and condescending before hanging up on me. This place is so unprofessional.. how can you have someone acting so ridiculous who has to answer and speak to people on the phone........ On Friday no less

I wish I could rate it 5 for the poor worker with the long beautiful locks who keeps getting berrated by her manager who can’t even let her work in peace. I am not sure how she’s manager to stay so long but it’s so foul to see how that manager treats others, doesn’t matter employee or not.

Food never came.
Called first time, manager was great quick responses. Then called back and was told to hold after they picked up, then they forgot I was waiting on the phone.

Delivery person couldn’t find my location even though they were one turning away, the delivery person then left the food on the side of the road and took a photo of the box, she also tried to get me to give my pin to her without me collecting the food.

Was charged for the delivery and no response for anything, when I talked to the restraunt they said they can do nothing. Ruined my night and experience with pizzahut. Manager said she can reorder and charge me more., ridiculous.

They must be Under new management, the staff is outstanding there’s a new manager or GM. I’m not sure. I think her name was Tiffany. She was amazing very bubbly. Great personality amazing customer service I was there today and some girl name Destiny took my order. Outstanding very courteous they have a great team of girls in there. I definitely approve.

Young lady at the front counter was very nice and polite as i waited for my order to be ready, the wait times can be rough but this is why you should always order ahead of time so that way when you come in your pizza is already ready to go

I have not had a Pizza Hut pizza since dine- in was abolished. I ordered a pizza from the Hut in Bonita and it was great. It was as delicious as I remembered. The order was correct, hot and ready for pickup at the time specified.

The food part is good. It's the delivery service (Door-Dash) that they are now using that SUCKS Big time. The majority of the Door-Dash drivers don't even speak English. I mean what country are we living in? I have no problem with immigrants that come to this country to make a better life for themselves. However they need to first learn to speak English. Why should I have struggle to communicate to these drivers on how to find my address, which is a very visible condo building. There are only two 3-story buildings in this neighborhood and I originally included my unit number but he went to the wrong building. When I called him to give more detailed instructions I wasn't able to communicate with him at all. This is SO WRONG! If Pizza Hut is now using Door-Dash to deliver their Pizzas then they are ultimately responsible for this problem and they need to fix it. Otherwise customers like myself will just start ordering from Domino's, where they're still using their own employees for deliveries.
