The food part is good. It's the delivery service (Door-Dash) that they are now using that SUCKS Big time. The majority of the Door-Dash drivers don't even speak English. I mean what country are we living in? I have no problem with immigrants that come to this country to make a better life for themselves. However they need to first learn to speak English. Why should I have struggle to communicate to these drivers on how to find my address, which is a very visible condo building. There are only two 3-story buildings in this neighborhood and I originally included my unit number but he went to the wrong building. When I called him to give more detailed instructions I wasn't able to communicate with him at all. This is SO WRONG! If Pizza Hut is now using Door-Dash to deliver their Pizzas then they are ultimately responsible for this problem and they need to fix it. Otherwise customers like myself will just start ordering from Domino's, where they're still using their own employees for deliveries.

We ordered here on February 7th 2024 and the employee who took our card information later used that to purchase two items one at $124.99 and the 2nd for 19.99. I don't understand why people are the way they are but I wouldn't purchase anything with your card information here as it will be used to take your money. I like pizza hut but not the service at this location. Seems like trash.

I don’t recommend ordering from this place the service was not good I ordered half cheese and pepperoni I got just pepperoni I ordered buffalo wings and BBQ wing I got 2 buffalo wings and we ask for blue cheese we don’t get I Waited one hour to get the food and this store is 3 or 5 minutes away

I recommend no one order delivery from here ever. They use door dash people and I live 5 minutes away from Pizza Hut and they drove around with my order for over a half hour after they picked it up. The person delivering didn’t speak English and just dropped off the cold food. Of course you can get no one on the phone at Pizza Hut either. Quality is way way down

I used Pizza Hut delivery and the people who delivered were very pleasant. The pizza was excellent. The crust was perfect I love thin crust and it was delicious. I had never tried Pizza Hut wings before but they were surprisingly good. Very good in fact.

The speed of the food is horrible so if you got a pick up time of 3pm don't expect it to be ready then it'll be at least another 20-30 minutes after your pick up time. Also if you call to know where the contactless pick up parking is the will be rude about it and say they are just starting your order. The boneless wings are way to hard to get because they over fry them and they don't put enough sauce to even cover all the wings. The pizza can be a hit or a miss. We ordered yesterday andy kids pizza wasn't good at all it was cut uneven and way too greasy for just a cheese pizza. I won't recommend that pizza hut I would go to another one.
I really like this place, friendly staff, quick service, but the crust on hand tossed pizza tastes stale. Like it sat in the fridge uncovered before they baked it. I thought this might be a one time occurrence, but after 4 orders spread out over about 6 months, it’s the same every time. Still decent though

Did not have a good experience Feb 1st, completed a survey that came in the email but nobody tried to reach out to address my issues. Ordered two meat lovers melts they shoved them in the same box and both ended up not being hot when we got home, the dough was overly crispy and a disappointing first experience at this store.
