Food here was amazing. At first glance you may not know what this place is packing. But I assure you they’re not lacking and only packing HEAT! Had multiple types of sushi, and varying types of cold and hot sake. Including multiple flavors of hot sake!

Coming from Sydney, Australia where there is an abundance of Asian food readily available, I was hesitant to try Platoo Sushi and Thai Restaurant but when you open the door you are treated like a long lost friend. Platoo (also the name of the owner with her husband) greets you with the warmest hospitality. Platoo recommended a few special dishes, Floss Fish salad which was devilishly delicious. Chicken and Basil. Sundried pork and sticky rice all had very authentic Thai flavours.
I also requested a well known Japanese Sushi called Aburi which was not on the menu and Platoo diligently listened and understood what I was describing and nailed it. I highly highly recommend Platoo Sushi and Thai Restaurant. It's definitely a Thai food experience you won't regret. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect 12/10! The staff was so nice and helpful along with the food! I got pad Thai and the crispy chicken red curry and it was amazing! I truly cant wait to come back!

Best Thai food I’ve ever had, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. We ordered the pad Thai and crunchy chicken red curry and enjoyed every second of the meal! Server was so kind and helpful and we received our food within 15 minutes.

amazing amazing spot. cannot rave about it enough. the owner was so sweet and hospitable. the food was just incredible. she suggested the thai tea and i’m so glad she did because it was was one of the best thai teas i’ve had. i’ve had several recently and none have hit the mark quite like this one. for apps we got the salmon crispy rice and the sunrise pork. THE FLAVORR. just so so good. didn’t need any adjustments. we ate it with the sticky rice and it was the perfect match. after that we split the spicy steak salad. it was spicy but in the BEST way. so flavorful. so good. and thankfully she suggested the sticky rice. that soaked up the sauce soo well. all in all HIGHLY recommend. will definitely be coming back

Platoo simply has the best sushi in town. The owner, Platoo herself, is a gem of a human. Every time my boyfriend and I come here we have an incredible meal. And Platoo always gives the best recommendations!

You want amazing thai food, this is the place to go! The restaurant is named after the owner, Platoo, that is also the one that will greet you. My wife and I have been coming here for over two years now and always treated like family. The Thai tea is amazing, Pad Thai is amazing, and all the curries are amazing!
Highly recommend, best Thai food in Florida!
