Good enough for a quick lunch!

Order was not correct! We ordered 8piece all white meat dinner but received 6 pieces of drumsticks and thighs & 2 wings! Biscuits were cool & dry! This is the third time we have not gotten what we ordered! Bye bye Popeyes!

I thought I’d go inside to place a family order and waited 5 minutes at the counter before someone would take my order. They were busy but not that busy. Maybe understaffed? It was 2:00 PM in the afternoon. Finally got my order in and was told it would be 10 mins before my chicken was ready. I probably won’t be back for another year. Between the traffic and the service. Not worth my time.

I was so happy with my food, the chicken burger was so nice and chicken tender and juicy. Finally some place with plastic straws, when I see plastic straw I was so happy.

The person working the front on Thursdays is very nice and service is fast and friendly. Food is better here than the other Popeyes near Naples. Almost jazz music makes for a nice atmosphere.

I always get excited for red beans and rice mashed potatoes and gravy and a couple of drummies. Mostly I love the service they are so nice there!!! See ya Soon !!

Something changed here. Management? I haven’t been here in the last year or two. I came here twice in the last week in the morning and night and the food was hot! It was perfect! Customer service was great and polite! The Popeyes every customer deserves. I am hoping this wasn’t a struck of luck kind of thing. So many Popeyes have cold food. Glad to get it hot and fresh here this time

Just went through the drive thru and I cannot express how kind and attentive the worker was! I did not catch his name, but he provided excellent care and consideration with our order. A simple stop for lunch really made our day ✨
