I tried the Señor Taco Burrito. First, you barely see the store because have too many trees blocking the sign view, second, the burrito was cold and 3/4 of the burrito was filled with old rice in it. The sauce was good, the waitress never asked if the food was ok. I paid total $36 for 3 small tacos for my friend and one señor burrito for me with tamarindo juice and two beers. Way too expensive for the quality. I’ve never visit Señor taco located at Fort Myers, but I do not going back to the one located at old 41 in Estero.

Ordered grughub..for 3 ground beef tacos got some meat that was untenable..disgusting..never going back again..even if I mistakenly ordered chicken it definitely wasn't chicken an untenable meat..disgusting again but I totally believe that it was the end of the night and they gave me the scraps...gross

This place used to be one of the best locations for tacos, especially with their generous Taco Tuesday offer. However, the poor customer service detracts from the experience.
I attempted to place an order ahead of time but was put on hold and forgotten for over 25 minutes. When I called back, I was put on hold again for an additional 20 minutes. After finally placing my order and receiving a total over the phone, I arrived at the location only to find the total was different. When I pointed this out, the cashier dismissed my concern, stating that those were the prices, and if I didn't want to pay, I could leave.
Frustrated, I paid without tipping. Later, I discovered that the charge to my bank account was higher than expected, indicating the cashier added a tip without my consent. This is fraudulent, and I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
I cannot recommend supporting a business that engages in such fraudulent practices.

The food was very delicious, but they should pay attention to the people who are at the cash register, I went with my friend on the weekend, and I paid with a debit card and my friend gave the tip in cash, and when I checked my bank account 3 days later, they made an additional charge of the total amount to pay, that is, they also put a tip on my debit card. How bad that they are like that. Pay attention to the women they have there. It is a disappointment that unauthorized money is taken advantage of and stolen.

For $19.95, you would expect a bigger portion. I can’t eat the veggies they serve so this is what I got when I ordered it with no veggies. My boyfriend’s order with veggies was just as small. Total rip off. Flavor wasn’t that great either. Manager on duty at 9pm on 5/10/24 was rude and hateful. He took my plate away. Total jerk. I will NOT be back and do NOT recommend this place! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Very disappointed with the food, I ordered a seafood broth and it didn't taste like seafood. It was water with tomato that was tasteless and small with a few shrimp and a small piece of fish. My husband ordered a Menudo and it tasted just like mine, pure water with tomato. . Zero stars and I won't be back.
