He assisted in the planning of table settings, arrangements of serving the meal and also was very flexible on allowing us to provide the deserts. Dick ensured we had all the essentials for a fantastic party. Great compliments from our guests.

It was a pleasure to meet him at his restaurant in Bonita Springs.Mr. Jordan was present at my reception and the food was excellent.I would definitely call him again and recommend Service by Jordan to my best friend.Lastly, I want to commend Mr. Jordan on his matzoa ball soup and his raisin cinnamon kugel. I attended the reception for Natalie L. Cantor on Sunday Nov. 8th, 2017 @Hodeges Funeral Home, which was catered by "Service by Jordan" and I may say that it was fantastic!! The Raisin Cinnamon Kugel although unexpected was a great dish along side a very tender and flavorful Beef Brisket,some Yukon Golden Potatoes and Baby Carrots. The meal was also served with class.The part that got me is they were catering to your table as well to refill drinks and pick up empty plates. This is a service that goes above and beyond their competitors standards. I highly recommend this business for all of your catering needs.

Recently used Dick Jordon and his staff to host an engagement party. Effortless on my part. Dick's recommendations were perfect. He suggested heavy hor d'oeuvres instead of a sit down dinner to keep the guests engaged and he was right on. His carving station idea kept it festive. I asked if he could reproduce little cakes for me from a picture and the result far exceeded my expectations! Several guests commented on how delicious, fresh and innovative the food was. The bartenders made sure everyone's glass was full so conversations did not have to be interrupted. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. They brought everything in and took everything out! And all of this for such a reasonable price. At Your Service by Jordon will definitely be doing my next party!
I would give them 0 stars, but the site won't allow that. I contracted w/ them to do a charity cocktail party at my house one month ago, talked several times to get it right, signed the contract and sent in a down payment. On the night of the event, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. I called probably 20 times in a panic, finally Dick sent a text "I cannot talk now". I texted back that people were arriving in 20 minutes - no food, no servers, no bartender. He called and said, "What?!" He called back after talking to someone and said it was an "epic fail" and he felt terrible. Since they hadn't even made the food, there was nothing to do but send my father out to the grocery store and get trays of food. My husband, who had injured his knee and was pre-surgery on crutches, had to bartend. Service by Jordan arrived as the party was breaking up with some food from Buca - unbelievable. I told Dick that he could make it up to me by writing a check to the charity I was fundraising for that night. Still waiting on that - not a surprise. I've never written a negative review, but I'd hate for someone to go through what we did.
