Shaking Crab

This was my first and last time eating at this place. I meet up with a good friend of mines to enjoy our Sunday. She recommended this place as she ate there multiple of times in the past. To begin the food portions are small for the price, secondly they have an underage server making alcoholic beverages and lastly, the owner cares about the costs of his products than customer service. I ordered a margarita and let’s just say the margarita was very sour and did not taste like a margarita. The first margarita was made by my server. I asked if the bartender made it and she said no she did as she’s only 18 and never had alcohol before. I told her she shouldn’t even be touching or even serving alcohol can I have a more experienced bartender make me another one. My drank was remade by someone else but with the same results. I requested can I have another drink made by someone else this is when a lady rudely came up to my table and asked me what was the problem with the drinks. I told her the problem and to her she said nothing was wrong with the drinks and that it would not be taken off my table since I wasn’t two drinks and a third would not be made. I told her that’s fine I will just keep my water but I’m not paying for the margarita since I wasn’t even able to drink any of it, let alone get past the sip of it. She stated that the owner would not take it off my table and I would have to pay, I asked to speak to the owner.

The owner came to my table in an annoyed manner. He didn’t want to hear about the situation, he just kept saying that he is losing money by having to toss out two $9 margaritas and if I didn’t like it, I shouldn’t have ordered it. I told him first of all this is my first time coming here and secondly, it sounds to me that you are more wondered about your costs then customer satisfaction. He kept over talking me and my friend and said I was wrong because I wasted two drinks and it will costs him money. He ended up taking the drinks off my tab because I told him I can see if I drank at least half of it, I wouldn’t mind paying but all I did was take a small sip of it.

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone due to the service received and I will be reporting this restaurant. They have under age servers making and serving alcohol to customers which shouldn’t be allowed. I have never eaten at a place where I would have to go back and forth with the owner let alone a supervisor about costs and waste of a product.

The service was not friendly at all. Food was expensive and very bland. No taste to the shrimp, no taste to the calamari. The corn was overcooked and hard. The only thing I enjoyed was the crab legs. And barely that

Would've been better if they didn't rush us out of the restaurant as soon as we arrived around 7.30 pm. Made it really uncomfortable. Website says they close at 9 pm so they should probably fix that if they close at 8 pm. Even then, staff rushed us in every way possible and were making kind of smart remarks about them wanting to close and leave, obviously we could hear them. Not appreciated. It was a birthday dinner for 2, and we got seafood boil with different flavors and spice level. It all tasted the same when we got the food. Obviously they threw the same thing together since they were in such a rush to leave. Disappointed.

The cashier person was super inpatient with me (my English isn’t that good) and got upset easily while I was trying to order.

I asked the waitress for her favorite thing, an EXCELLENT recommendation. Would definetly come back for the viatnamese noodle dishes.

Fries cooked in veg oil, no way! Orderedorder king crab, big price,, pre cooked prior to order and then boiled to heat up and bit correctly heated. I didn't eat anything.

Started getting to go a out a month ago now I go once a week. The food and service are great.

Good place for seafood boiled and Vietnamese dishes. The food is good, but the atmosphere feels like a Chinese buffet.

I drove an hour down to try them out it’s all the hype of them having all you can eat. When we got there we were so disappointed. My plate was more expensive and my husband’s plate had more and was cheaper than my lobster plate. Left still hungry. We all did.

Ordered pick up, got the combo for one, the mussels looked bad and the crawfish there was a couple that looked wrong, I got sick, puked and was stuck on the toilet, I let the owner know but the way that he talked to me was very rude, he doesn’t care about customer service only money.

We were looking for a restaurant that offered a seafood boil option on the menu. We read a few reviews and decided to dine here. The service was excellent and the food was phenomenal! Our family enjoyed the combo seafood boil with the special sauce. The portions were plentiful. Since we were celebrating a birthday, our server provided a delicious dessert with candles. Our family of 4 enjoyed the entire dining experience.

Overall really great. The food, atmosphere, and quality was great. I would give it a 4.5 we thought the shrimp would be steamed but they came out fried. But they were still ?? definitely recommend to come, there is something for everyone.
