No matter what team is on shift, they’re always nice and pleasant people to deal with. Orders are correct, drinks are great.
This is a refreshing experience as the one at Babcock ranch in punta Gorda is awful for customer experience and order accuracy.
I love going out of my way to this location

What a freak show. It's like the circus broke down and they all started working here. Come for the coffee and stay for the show. The he/she/it with the long pink hair and the beard wouldn't even answer my questions just ignored me.
20 minutes to get a coffee when there’s no one else there. I would have been better off standing at the drive thru. Asked for a cup of water from the person at the register three times. Woman making beverages seemed annoyed that folks kept asking for straws—here’s a thought, put them out on the counter.

We always come to this Starbucks because the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Today we walked in the staff ignored us for 10 minutes and were rude. I guess we're finding a new coffee shop.

The service at this Starbucks location is very poor. I am always surprised by the bad service here, considering that 90% of Starbucks locations are known for their generosity and amazing service. I have been going to Starbucks every day for over 10 years, and this location is exceptionally unpleasant.
