I ordered my drink, got to the window to pay using my debit card. Before my drink was handed to me I was told the card machine had been down and that they could only take cash. In this situation there should be a sign up and or let every customer know this at the drive thru. Your employees were too disrespectful about it to top it off. Including your manager.

After they made the wrong drink they argued with me at the drive thru about it being my fault. Still after I told them what I wanted they made it wrong AGAIN!! I asked for oat milk with whipp cream and that is not what I received. On top of that the drink was extremely hotter than normal, it burnt my tongue and roof of mouth. I just wish people these days in these services were a little more passionate about their jobs but unfortunately their not ?
Waited 30, minutes for a latte. Under staffed, and overworked.

Waited 7 minutes until someone finally Acknowledged me at the register and said I ll be right with you. 3 more minutes nothing so I just left. There were 5 people working and not that busy. I only wanted a coffee.

Great experience when I stopped in to work here for a few hours. The food was good, drinks were great and the staff was very friendly. Clean environment.
I will drive all the way to this Starbucks verses the one on 41 and bay landing ! The food is great , atmosphere and crew team are awesome !
