If I could give zero, I would. We got subs here that tasted like complete TUNA! We didn’t order Tuna and my son’s allergic! We got turkey, the subs tasted like complete fishy tuna, the bread was stale. We went back to take the subs back and get our money back since we couldn’t eat them! We were told to “come back later, we can’t help you” what?! We were sold food that was not edible! Complete BS! I work in the F&B industry and can’t believe this! Are they not taught about cross contamination ?! Changing gloves? Or what’s going on?! Also, no manager on duty to handle anything or be available ?

Rude staff, when I canceled my order the rude Spanish woman who answered the phone said too bad I'm busy and you're paying for it anyway, hung up on me, and the refused to answer the phone again. I canceled my order 5 minutes after placing it, and 15 minutes before the pick up time.

I was charged for an extra sandwich plus a soda and did not receive it. I don’t even drink soda but okay. My co worker went back to get her order corrected and the lady flipped out and yelled at her in front of all the customers. She refused to give her money back or her sandwich. My co worker called me while in there and you could hear the subway employee yelling at her. Telling her to call the police over a sandwich. Rude and ridiculous on the behavior. I was charged almost $4 for a service fee plus a soda, that I did not order. If you’re gonna charge $19 for a sub at least get it right. Thanks!

Quiet area, the attendant helped us a lot even though the language barrier. Food was good and tasty.

My wife and I recently visited a Subway, and I must say, it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we've had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff greeted us with genuine smiles that made us feel right at home.The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. It's evident that the team takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment, which in these times, is more important than ever. The seating area was well-organized, allowing for a comfortable dining experience while adhering to social distancing guidelines. We will definitely be back.

I placed an order at 12:42 on 9/27/23. i immediately called at 12:42 to ask if they could switched the chicken from rotisserie to cubed breast and i was told that the two chicken and bacon ranch footlongs were made already and no changes could be made. I said there was no way cause i had literally just ordered 30 seconds ago and the lady said it wasn’t her problem and the changes could not be made. What the hell.

Stop this evening around 7:45 to grab a sub. Managed to lock myself out of my car in the process. The young lady who took my order came out to make sure I was okay while waiting for a locksmith. Honestly above and beyond customer service, I wish I would’ve asked for her name!

supposed to be open till 9pm and there closed by 4pm on a Sunday when hours are 8am-9pm . ridiculous

Fairly simple to say that a restaurant needs to be open in order to serve food. Closed at 2pm on a Saturday. No sign and no communication as to why. Really?

Went to get a sub at 6:57pm today and at 8 pm on another night and both times the store was closed. Today the employee said she was closed because she was mopping and it would be 15 min. I sat here for 10 min and saw multiple people go to the door and walked away. You’re loosing business and I won’t go back to this location ever again!!!!

trash. The coworkers treat others like trash. They disrespect their customers and try to fight them out in the parking lot. Wouldn’t spend a dollar here even if I was starving. sad!
