I went in to grab a bite after a hospital stay.. the manager or maybe it was the owner was super friendly and helpful.. the young lady who made my sandwich was perhaps new for she couldn't seem to understand my request for only 4 meatballs cut up before putting on the sub.. she stared at me and it appeared nothing was registering in her head, now the young man beside her who fixed 4 subs in the time it took her to do 1 seemed awesome.. when she finally got my very simple sub done I was relieved and the very kind and helpful older woman rang me up.. thank you for your kind helpful customer service and I might add the flavor of my meatball sub was delicious.., I will definitely be back.

A/C not working and when mentioned to the woman who claims to be the owner, her "excuse" was when the machine above the drinks comes on, the A/C goes out - meaning all the time. Well, then fix it. It's been like that for years. Her suggestion was that I sit at a table in the back (away from the ceiling fans). BTW, all those tables in the back are cluttered with their stuff - paperwork and supplies. So who wants to get relegated to sit back there.I ordered a footlong veggie patty, but since it's too big for me to eat the whole thing, and I didn't want to deal with a soggy mess of a sandwich with wilted greens the next day, I asked to have the ingredients wrapped and to keep wet veggies like tomatoes wrapped separately from the dry veggies. I even said she didn't have to cook the veggie patty. I would do that at home. I've had this done for me at other Subway stores - no problem. Usually they wrap the veggies in saran wrap or in small cups with lids and I assemble it on my own the next day. One lady at another Subway took great pride in doing it and really enjoyed when I asked for this. However, at this Subway, it was apparently overwhelming to the owner. She claimed they didn't have saran wrap, wanted to charge me for cups for the veggies and, in the end, cut out tiny little pieces of parchment paper, so small that she actually wrapped nothing completely around. She shorted me one piece of cheese and, when I mentioned my experience in the survey Subway corporate sent me, the owner sent me an email telling me to take my business to another Subway. Interesting that she never responded to my complaint about the A/C not working. What a cheapskate. Petty and she lost a customer but gained this Google review.

10/26/23We are repeat customers. Ordered a 6" italian bread with turkey and swiss heated. Added lettuce and tomato with extra mayonnaise. Also an italian 6" bread blt and cucumber with mayonnaise with bacon heated. Also 3 bags of Lays potato chips. Both sandwiches were cut rom the same loaf. The turkey bread was crusty/flakey and almost uneatable. The blt bread was hard. Paid with cash around 7:15 PM. Unusual. Usually the bread is much better. We'll come back. Just wanted you to know.

If I could get zero stars, I would the woman who waited on me was a short, dark skin, Hispanic woman who is speaking to someone she knew as she was waiting on me. I ordered a 6 inch tuna sub, which she use a spatula, not the scooper, and put a very my new amount of tuna on my bread it was absolutely despicable. Look at my photo no tuna to speak ofShe need to learn hot to make a sunShe has no clueI will never eat there again

after being a customer buying overpriced sodas the only reason to buy the sodas was to get silverware the employee proceeded to tell me that i need to buy own silverware and not use his product after buying something and was willing to pay for the silverware i could've paid for it if it was such an inconvenience for them.

One of the worst Subway locations I've tried... and tried again and again. I agree with another reviewer that their meats are stale and old. It's too bad since this Subway is so close to where I live but I just keep getting an UN-Fresh product here at this location (Center of Bonita Springs). Do yourself a favor, drive past Subway and get a FRESH sub or salad at Publix which is in the same plaza. You'll actually get a lot more for your money!

Just ordered two sandwiches, very good and fresh. As well as the place, which is very clean and everything is nice and organized. Owners are kind and do a good job. Recommend this Subway if you need a sub.

The food was pretty much the same, onions were very strong though. The service was a little slow. They were not real busy but the woman seemed to be in slow motion. Not a big deal but like she was troubled by something.
