Very disappointed in this Subway. 3 pieces of pepperoni and string for cheese. No Parmesan, as requested. When I got home, I had to add to my sandwich so I wasn’t just eating bread. I understand the quality has diminished everywhere, but come on!

Went to this location only because I had a “2 footlongs for $12.99” coupon. Manager told me they can’t take that specific coupon because the owners don’t want to pay for it. That’s the only reason I went was because I had a coupon. They told me this after they were finished making the subs and I was stuck paying $23 because the owners don’t want to take a coupon.

I use to come here often but no one spoke any English or could help me, or even tried but recently I’ve came about 3 times the past two weeks and I was helped by Selena! She did an awesome job & she greeted me when I walked in & was so friendly! You don’t find that often anymore unfortunately!! Great job!!

PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS!!! I mentioned a special instruction and it was completely ignored. When I'm paying $15 for one stupid sub, I want it MY way, NOT yours!!!

They would have gotten a five star but when you asked for extra vegetables and they get really upset at you and then they charge you for them but they don't put them on it's very upsetting, so they barely made a four-star with me they could be polite or to their customers. Especially with what they charge

My hubby and I got to the store at 8:28pm mind you they close at 8:30 we were fully in the store and all the toppings and bread were still out and everything but this man literally kicked us out and said “ we’re closed “ I said no your open for another 2minutes and he refused to make our sandwich and it was just going to be 1 sandwich. Well guess they loose out on money and 2 customers.

Only have 1 worker back there during lunch rush. One girl walked through the dining room and straight out the back door. Unacceptable service.
