Our servers were excellent, the food over the top and the attention from Collette was superb. Our go to place for special occasions. Thank you!
We enjoyed the Easter Brunch Extravaganza and it was amazing! We are not typically buffet people but the spread was extensive, fresh and amazing. The service by Edward and Silvia was attentive and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch.
The food and atmosphere at Tanglewood was disappointing. Definitely not on par with other Hyatt Regency restaurants we have experienced. Breakfast was much better than dinner.
We are guests at the Hyatt Coconut Point Resort & actually found this to be our favorite restaurant at the hotel. We enjoyed the southern-themed menu, from corn bread & molasses butter to the key lime pie dessert. Our portions were tasty & plentiful. Service was polite & efficient. We also enjoyed the option of sitting outside on the covered dining area.
Food was bad and service was bad too. Beautiful patio but wouldn't recommend for dinner/food
Calm quiet place for lunch with gorgeous views. Nice menu choices. We dined out on the porch area. Lovely.
We really enjoyed our meal! The breadbasket was yummy, and had mini corn muffins and maple butter. For dinner, I had the fresh catch, and it was so moist and delicious! My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich very much. Very nice dessert selection as well!
When I say Chef’s kiss I mean it. Have you ever had food that made you emotional? This food touches your soul. You can tell the Chef Rich puts so much thought and effort into the dishes from the taste to presentation. I highly recommend this place to locals and visitors. It’s a hidden Estero gem. Great vibe and excellent service. We had Myla and she was fantastic too!

Was served raw biscuits (appetizer) and they took them to the back to re-cook them, brought them back out when we were done with dinner. The fried chicken breading was dry and crumbly. Very expensive. Drink was the only thing that felt even close to worth the price.
The drinks were terrible. Did not look like what they pictured and did not have the correct ingredients. Couldn't drink them. Service was horribly slow. Food was cold when it arrived and we were one of 10 people in entire restaurant. Taste was fair. Would not go back.
Restaurantji Recommends
From the time we sat down to when they took our order, it probably was at least a half an hour. The food was subpar, at best and, again, the service was really slow and crappy. Would recommend eating at the other restaurant on campus, Tarpon. Steer very clear of this place.

We’ve been staying here at the Hyatt for 4 nights so far and tonight was the first night we attempted dinner here (thank god). The hostess told us it would be about 15 mins for table despite the restaurant looking pretty empty (it was a late dinner). We said ok and she took our number to let us know when ready. 30-40 mins passes and we are literally sitting right outside the restaurant next to the hostess stand (with very winey/hungry kids) so I decide to just check how much longer and hostess goes “I can sit you now”….ummm ok, thanks. She sits us with menus, and by this point, the restaurant is practically empty. After about 10-15 mins with at least 3 different waitresses noticing us and no one comes over to even fill our waters/etc. we just decide to leave. Not one apology on the way out (hostess just says “have a good night”). I can’t get over that I’ve spent $80 on breakfast every day there and was about to spend $$$ on dinner for that kind of service!

Enjoyed the Christmas day buffet. So many choices but at $125 per person the Hyatt hospitality staff really delivered. The corn pesto ravioli, shucked oysters, Korean short-ribs, sushi, smoked fish, salads, grilled asparagus, almond milk hot chocolate, and chocolate bread pudding were all delicious. I wasn't a fan of the live music. It was a bit to loud for my taste. Our server from Romania was excellent. Loved the Merry-Sangria cocktail.

It was nice not much food for the prices but its the location that we paid for. Couldn't sit outside due to bees on tables.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the wait staff. Everyone was so personable and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Mery Ann, who went above and beyond. Her warm personality and positive attitude truly made our mornings there!
