I can't say enough about Tarpon! First and foremost Mark!!! Mark was amazing, read the room, got our personalities and made our dinner spectacular. He is a definite asset to your restaurant and hope you recognize him accordingly. Now to the food.... The olive tapenade was so deep in flavor. Bread was fresh. We had the lobster ravioli for our appetizer, so good! I ordered the scallops they were good, maybe a second or two over cooked but still stood out as a great meal with the risotto. My husband ordered the steak, he had no complaints. Mark then brought us each a dessert drink... Carmel espresso martini, couldn't have been made any better, fantastic! This was definitely a stand out experience. Well done. Beautiful separate eating experience over the pond.

My wife and I were celebrating a special event and the staff at Tarpon Bay could not have been more accommodating. The meal was second to none!

Staff was accommodating and very nice. Had live music by the bar. Drink menu was a limited menu for me personally. The scallops with risotto were awesome, lobster ravioli app was great as well as the Ahi Tuna and Lobster Mac N cheese. The only thing we all hated was the ceviche. It's the worst I have ever had. Scallops and shrimp ceviche were both bad and the Tuna ceviche was ok.

Service is top notch always! The food is amazing, make sure to try the Lobster Bisque and Cerviche! Large portions and always fresh!

The seafood tower is a star item but it was disappointing and we were informed that they did not have lobster, no problem. But the overall quality of the seafood was not very good. The scallop ceviche and salmon ceviche were the best. The shrimp was good, the king crab was not very good and my oyster Rockefeller was served with literally raw oysters which was very disappointing considering I dont eat the raw oysters (which were very small). Service and atmosphere were great! Il try again another dish. My caesar salad was excellent!!

The kitchen continues its tradition of distinctive, impeccably crafted fish and seafood dishes, from the simple fresh to the sublimely elegant ceviches and salmon (to name just a few). With beautifully composed cocktails/mocktails, and Juan John on guitar, a fantastic mini-escape of an evening!

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The staff were all very polite and professional. The decor and ambiance set a nice tone for the delicious food. The seafood tower is immense and a great value overall. We stay at the Hyatt often but this was our first time at Tarpon Bay and look forward to dining there again in the future.

Our number one go to for fine dining . I take in the elegant Florida ambience, helping to put me in the right mood after a long work week. Our server Jason makes the dining experience even better! The staff have always gone out of their way to treat us like family .

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The noise level was too high. The live music in the bar area was too loud but other than that we we enjoyed our meal.
