We had a fantastic night at Tarpon Bay! Our server Clemente was great with selections for wine, appetizers and entree. Thank you for a great night!

Great wine selection. Seafood dishes-scallops and grouper were very good. Service was wonderful

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The noise level was too high. The live music in the bar area was too loud but other than that we we enjoyed our meal.

Food was excellent. Very nice atmosphere. Our waitress, Natalie, was especially nice and helpful. Will definitely come back

Bar was understaffed. Appetizer took 45 mins to come out. The kids chicken was extremely touch and dry. The veggies with the steak had way too much salt

Best restaurant ever!!!!! Our family favorite - we look forward to going to it everytime we make it to the west coast.

We go to Tarpon Bay every year. Time and time again it is outstanding. Food, people, view, it has everything.

We were greeted at the door by a lovely hostess, friendly and welcoming! She took us right to our table which was an awesome seat! We were greeted by our server. The service lacked here. The server had no knowledge of spirits, or ingredients that the bar may have. At this price point I expect the server be knowledgeable. We would have ordered more drinks if the server came back to check on us. Instead with had to ask a busser to get us drinks. At that point by the time the server came back I was ready for a box and ready to leave. We were celebrating a birthday so we would have loved to order dessert but the server never came back. Food was delicious! We had the mussels and tuna to start. Both were tasteful and full of flavor. We were done eating our apps before the server came back to take entree order. At that point we weren't even sure if we wanted to order dinner after waiting so long. We were celebrating so decided to just get our entrees even though it was getting late. We ordered the snapper and grouper. Both meals we nice. We felt rushed out at the end by staff dragging tables across the floor to close up. However it wasn't our fault we were there till 9:30 given the service. It said they closed at 10, so I didn't feel like we were overstaying our welcome. The bar and other section of the restaurant still had tables. I'm guessing the server just wanted to be cut. Go for the food, not the service.

It's an on-property restaurant at the Hyatt Coconut Pointe so it very overpriced. Better off eating off property. Same quality food but cheaper.

I'm not much of a fish eater but wanted to try something new and I'm so glad I did! We had the bacon wrapped Grouper, it was incredible!! Probably the most flavorful food I've ever eaten! The cinnamon pickled onions on top was a very pleasant surprise, the smoked applewood bacon was so flavorful I couldn't believe how distinct the flavor was and the Grouper was the perfect texture. The combo of all this together was amazing how it all went together well but the flavors were individually distinct. So amazingly good!

This was one of the best dinner experiences we have had in quite a while. Our server Nicole H. was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She made my wife's special birthday celebration extremely memorable.

Loved it. Went Friday night and enjoyed it so much, we went back again Saturday night. Lobster Mac n cheese was fantastic. Loved the decor and the live music coming from the bar area, which we could hear but wasn't too loud. Great service. Great food. Will be back.
