very friendly staff and extremely yummy ice cream!! the spoons were very cute and there was a good choice of flavors!! would definitely recommend going here.

Guy behind the counter asked my mother if she wanted a receipt, she said no, and he reached around the counter and gave himself a 25% tip without asking her. Pretty awful thing to do if you ask me. Won’t be back. Ice cream was good tho ?♂️Edit: thank you for refunding the tip.

I consider myself an ice cream aficionado and this was just OK. While I'm sure the alcoholic ice cream flavors are delicious, I tried the s'mores flavor and it was towards the end of the bucket and tasted a little old and "icy". My colleague tried the pistachio and he said it was good but not great. The service was good and it was a beautiful day so we sat outside which was a nice perk to be able to sit outside of the ice cream shop.

I ventured out to the Tipsy Udder in Bonita Springs upon seeing the very high ratings, and they are well deserved. I don't look for anything artisanal or exotic flavors for an ice cream shop to be great. The Tipsy Udder checked off all my boxes for a rich and creamy texture ice cream using high quality ingredients. I went with a small size of the toasted coconut ice cream. I can't rave enough about it as it hit all the right flavor notes with perfect coconut consistency mixed in with the base ice cream. While not exactly cheap at over $5, the portions are generous, and more importantly, the ice cream tasted great and didn't melt quickly like some cheaply produced ice cream does. If the shop was located in a touristy area rather than a non-descript strip mall, I can see them regularly having a line out the door of people looking to indulge in their sweet treats. They do have liquor infused flavors ice cream as well, but can't vouch for those as I only tried the toasted coconut. A weak point was the service as it wasn't particularly engaging or friendly, but still warrants a 5-star overall rating as I really enjoyed their ice cream and felt it was of top notch quality for my ice cream tastes and standards.
Honestly I'm not sure how this store is getting some good reviews unless the people giving the reviews are snow birds or vacationers mesmerized by being in Florida thinking that everything is wonderful because of the warm climit. The reason I said that is because I was there with 3 people other than myself and as we are all walking outside with ice cream cones, as we were eating them and no one was saying that there cone was delicious which is what one might expect to hear, after a few minutes one person asked how the others liked there ice cream, then every one in our party stated that they didn't like the ice cream and we all pretty much stated the same thing, that being that this was the worst tasting ice cream that they ever had. We all agreed on our own that the ice cream was more like Cyrstilzed ice milk it had no resemblance of smoothness or creaminess that all good ice creams boast. 3 of the four different ice creams tasted darn near the same if thats even possible. Only one person of our four people even finished their cone, the rest of us couldn't even finish their cone and were thrown away. This review is not just my opinion but was the opinion of all 4 people in our party. The place was nice and clean and neat, a pleasant atmosphere, and a polite helpfully staff. These good qualities are some of the reasons I will frequent a food facility but the main reason is good tasting food. Which this place definitely did not have.

Stopped by on a Saturday evening around 6:30 and though the sign said open, the doors were locked. There were others like us that were left wondering what was wrong. Suggest calling in advance to ensure that they are open
