The woman working the window aggressively open the window and dang near threw my food at me as if she was in some huge hurry. I asked if I could have a few sauces and she told me no. Won’t be going back. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to another Wendy’s.

Earlier I posted about my terrible experience, that I had at this Wendy's but I am truly happy to say that I came back and the manger correct every mistake that was made that day. I truly felt compelled to rewrite my review because of this, the manger took his time to listen to what I had to say and then took action to write the wrongs that was made. I didn't catch his name but I just want to say that he doing a great job. ?

I went in for their one cent, cheeseburger app special. I couldn't get my app to work so the lady at the counter used her phone to get me the deal. Everyone was super friendly. The food was hot and served quickly and they helped me get to my table because I'm on a walk. There are plenty of seats, but they're not the kind that are comfortable enough to stay in any length of time overall I like the place, but it's not senior handicap friendly to go inside. A special shout out to Mary Bell, who was very very helpful!
Wheelchair accessibility: NONE! Hard to even find where the door is to go inside the store. The store is designed strictly for drive-through. It is not senior friendly.

Today at around 10:25 pm I went through Drive-Thru and they didn't help me. I went up to the window and they ignored me. They never helped me. I had to leave.?
The spicy garlic Parmesan nuggets were insanely delicious. Better then most wing dips I've had ??
