This store is very unprofessional very sloppy does not know how to give proper customer service. The owner just left his employee by them self while he went to the back to do I don’t know what while the kid looked overwhelmed. Will not be coming back here.

The girl that was working on 9/8 at 9:30 at night should be let go. Tonight there was a group of elder women enjoying seeing their friends. As they left the girl not helping me starting saying bye then in a softer voice “don’t ever come back”. Maybe they should be taught who pays their salary. Will never go back to this store again.

I stopped in last night 9/8 around 9:30. There was 5-6 elderly women who stopped in before me. As they ladies left they said bye to the staff. One staff member decided to say bye, then she said in a softer voice "don't ever come back". I stood there with a complete look of disgust. Maybe the manager / owner should teach that girl who pays her salary? I will no longer stop in there until the problem is corrected.

Seriously, if I could put zero stars I would. I love ice cream and especially carvel vanilla. The ice cream was not creamy, more like icy, small portions and the service was terrible. They put more of the topping on my daughter ice cream then ice cream. Carvel should be a staple go to for ice cream. Scratch this location off your GPS.

I was unsure if the man was talking to me or on the phone. In fact he didn't even greet us or speak until it was time to pay. The place was clean. The ice cream was bad, it was not cream or velvety like other places. I regretted coming to this specific location.

Pleasant experience. Good customer service on the part of 2 of the 3 workers. I specifically asked their names from one of the girls, for the purpose of this review. Janaya and Leah were very helpful. The other girl’s name whom I might be butchering, Masana was on her phone and was inattentive to the customers. Thank you to the two other girls who were incredibly helpful and sweet.

Was okay minus a one employee who was taking personal calls while serving us. Confusing us on if she's talking to us or the person on her phone. Messed up our order and another employee had to assist her in fixing it. Will probably avoid this place if I see employee #1 back there but willing to give it another shot of more employees like #2 work here.
