Pleasant experience. Good customer service on the part of 2 of the 3 workers. I specifically asked their names from one of the girls, for the purpose of this review. Janaya and Leah were very helpful. The other girl’s name whom I might be butchering, Masana was on her phone and was inattentive to the customers. Thank you to the two other girls who were incredibly helpful and sweet.
Was okay minus a one employee who was taking personal calls while serving us. Confusing us on if she's talking to us or the person on her phone. Messed up our order and another employee had to assist her in fixing it. Will probably avoid this place if I see employee #1 back there but willing to give it another shot of more employees like #2 work here.

I was unsure if the man was talking to me or on the phone. In fact he didn't even greet us or speak until it was time to pay. The place was clean. The ice cream was bad, it was not cream or velvety like other places. I regretted coming to this specific location.
