I visited Cracker Barrel in Boynton Beach on Thanksgiving afternoon for their traditional turkey meal, and I was truly impressed from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles from the hosts and hostesses. Even on such a busy holiday, my wait time was short and I was seated right away at a table for four.

My server, Michael, was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor—he even joked around with my children, which made the experience feel warm and personal. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves, and our kids were delighted the entire time.

The food was exceptional, the service was exceptional, and the entire team worked together seamlessly. I also want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Hugo, who I saw greeting guests, checking on tables, and making sure everything was running smoothly on such a busy and important American holiday.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing Thanksgiving we had. Michael and the entire team at this Cracker Barrel location deserve major kudos for delivering a memorable and truly special experience. Highly recommended!

We always enjoy visiting Cracker Barrel — it’s our Friday tradition! The food is consistently good and feels like real comfort food. My husband always gets their Classic Meatloaf with fries and mashed potatoes — his absolute favorite. I usually go for the Big Easy Steak & Shrimp with fries and either coleslaw or broccoli. I’ve also tried the New York Strip, the Steak & Shrimp Combo, and the Slow Braised Pot Roast — all delicious. I love my steak well done, and with Cholula and Tabasco it becomes perfectly saucy and spicy, just the way I like it. And of course, we never skip dessert — the Cinnamon Roll Skillet is a must-try. So warm, sweet, and yum yum yum! Always a great experience for both of us.

My first ever breakfast at a Cracker Barrel. Pancakes were light and fluffy. Individual small bottles of syrup were a nice touch. The coffee was very good. Price of special breakfast was reasonable.

I guess I hadn't been to Cracker Barrel in a while because I had a little bit of sticker shock at the increase in menu prices. But the chicken tenders meal I had was delicious - meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful - and the fried okra was perfect.

The pancakes were dense and rubbery, resembling bricks more than breakfast food, while the orange juice was overly bitter and sour, making it nearly undrinkable. We were forced to leave on my wife's birthday after being disappointed with our meals, despite this being her favorite restaurant. It was a truly disheartening experience, overshadowing what was supposed to be a special celebration.

Unfortunately for me , my favorite dish is no longer on the menu. I used to have a chicken breast with bacon and a maple sauce that was to die for. I guess it wasn't very popular or they would've taken it off the menu but as far as i'm concerned it was fabulous. I wish I could get the recipes so I could make it myself. I went to crocbaril with this particular dish in mind, and you know how it is when you have something in your mind, and then it's no longer there. It's like , okay time to move on. That does not mean that I'm giving up on cracker.Barrel, it's just this particular day.I wanted this particular dish.

Cracker barrel isn't what it used to be. The last few times I've visited have been disappointing. Our food came out cold and meatloaf was not fully cooked. Our server forgot our biscuits. However, at end of meal when I told her, she packed a few to take home. I know sometimes a bad day can happen. Too crowded. Not enough staff. Lately though, it's happening more often. I hope they can improve

Long wait for food. Noisy. People are hard working and friendly. Menu hard to navigate. Having said all this I ❤️ Cracker Barrel.

My waitress was a sweetheart. Even though they lost a team member from a horrible accident the night before ... . She still went out of her way to be so kind and pleasant to me and my 11 year old visiting from ny. Prayers to the whole team. I would def visit again. Nice and clean. Food hot and fast.
