Cracker barrel isn't what it used to be. The last few times I've visited have been disappointing. Our food came out cold and meatloaf was not fully cooked. Our server forgot our biscuits. However, at end of meal when I told her, she packed a few to take home. I know sometimes a bad day can happen. Too crowded. Not enough staff. Lately though, it's happening more often. I hope they can improve

Long wait for food. Noisy. People are hard working and friendly. Menu hard to navigate. Having said all this I ❤️ Cracker Barrel.

My waitress was a sweetheart. Even though they lost a team member from a horrible accident the night before ... . She still went out of her way to be so kind and pleasant to me and my 11 year old visiting from ny. Prayers to the whole team. I would def visit again. Nice and clean. Food hot and fast.
We went here on Monday with my family, and our server had the audacity to reach for my baby’s head. Before she could touch my baby’s face, I quickly slapped her hand away. I would never touch someone else’s child—especially not while at work handling food and tables.

They were short handed and took a long time to seat. I decided to get order to go. The Cod was greasy and batter falling off. Got a loaded bake potato and came with only butter. Biscuits were hard. Very dissatisfied because it was pricey.

I love Cracker Barrel. They do a fabulous job with delicious home-styled Southern meals. Today wasn't a meal day as we'd already eaten. Today was a parking day.
Cracker Barrel tolerates the RVers using their parking lot for overnight parking and that's what we did. After a visit to the restroom and a candy purchase (those lemon sticks are delicious!), we locked up the RV and tucked in for the night. It was completely quiet other than a little bit of road noise. In the morning, we found that we had been joined by another half dozen Class B and C travelers.
Overall, a very good Cracker Barrel that is located just off I-95 and is each to access. Thank you, CB. We'll get breakfast with you soon!

It was my first time to this location, it was an amazing experience. Our sever was amazing and on point. Super sweet and helpful. Made sure we were ok. I heard her conversation with other tables. She was very genuine.

My sister and I arrived just before 9:00am on a Monday morning. The restaurant was less than half way full. We were seated, provided our waters, and gave the waiter our orders within 10min. Exactly 45mins went by & we were still waiting for our food. We noticed table after table being served in random orders including groups of people that came in after us. Our female waiter never once checked in on us or reassured our food would be coming. Customer service is BIG to me & how I generously tip depends on the service I receive. I dont like to leave negative reviews but this was unacceptable. Our waiter could have made a huge difference by a least checking in on us. At the same time, being served simple pancakes, eggs and bacon shouldn't take over 45 mins... Anywhere! After waiting patiently for 55mins we decided to leave & left a note on the table expressing our disappointment. I know our business doesnt matter so we wont be back.
