Usually would go for papa John’s because it’s closer to me but I wouldn’t mind driving an extra 5 minutes to get a pizza

I ordered my pizza at 7:59pm. Time stamp on the email confirmation. They said it would take the latest 43 mins to get to me. It’s 9:43pm and I never received my pizza. So hungry and mad right now I can’t believe I even waited for almost 2 hours for 1 box of pizza. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered pizza and bbq wings at home, they said it would take 20 minutes to arrive, it's already 90 minutes.The home service is terrible. The pizza arrived unsliced (easy to serve) and the chicken wings are not chicken at all. They are pieces of sweet flour with honey. Nothing to do with chicken. The soda we ordered “diet” is totally sugary. A total deception.

So by accident I ordered at this Domino's location not realizing how far it was on my bicycle cuz I usually get delivery but sure enough when I got there Patrice was super sweet to me can't tell you how much gratitude I have towards her she's a rockstar to my neighborhood Domino's thank you you guys made my night that Cherry Coke made my meal complete the chain it complete but those cinnamon twists were off the chart

They’re still open it’s aroundn11:07 and their doors are locked. I had to order through the app because no one wanted to open the doors for me. I see people in there making pizza yet they won’t open the doors for 2 seconds to take my order. Horrible and I mean horrible customer

I visited dominos at 1660 N. Congress Ave this evening and when I arrived to the store, I had to wait because the delivery driver had taken the wrong food. So I waited for the food to be re-cooked and when I got home I realized that the pizza that I received was the wrong pizza. I called the store back and spoke with Patrice. She told me that she had quality checked all the food and that there’s no way that I received the wrong food. I asked to please be given a credit as I didn’t want to go all the way back to the store tonight and she told me she could not do that. I was given really bad customer service and I don’t think it’s right to treat people that way I would like something to be done about the situation.

None greeting welcome I litterly had to make myself be known , then here COMES the Manager THE FACE of business! I kindly asked her to make my food well done to avoid any REDNESS IN MY WINGS , I expected the box before I left and once I got home a 10 minute ride I bit into my food snd noticed how chewy it was, I called instantly server times NO AVAIL After 11:23 pm so I called in the Am to be told She will not refund any monies back , and also she isn’t knowledgeable enough if Her store she’s the Manager At currently is a CORPORATION OR FRANCHISE! So I asked for her Boss # in which she told me she Didn’t know so I asked for his or her EMAIL again she begins to deny me if any opportunity of feedbacks so HERE I am still researching and WRITING A REVIEW!! I paid 37 bucks for a large Pepperoni pizza that the cheese wasn’t already melted and my Requested Parm Wings PINK INside
I placed an order I was told it would take 26 mins almost a hour later I called to be insulted by the guy that answered and he hang up the phone .. train your staff to approach and communicate with clients with respect and manners this happen on 11/ 15 / 2023 @7:53pm I ordered at 7:06pm he act as if I was begging for something when I spent nearly $50 on pizza smt poor service

I guess we are done. A lot of my issues are due to long delivery times which I get. It's hard to find drivers. But, you give me a FREE "emergency" pizza and require that I spend an additional $17 to get it delivered? Nope.

This place is garbage and the staff are all unprofessional and do not care when your order comes.I’ve tried giving them another chance 3x now and live less than 10min away from the store. Over an hour and not even delivered every time!Had to cancel 2 orders. They say it gets delivered on there dominos tracker app so they don’t get in trouble with corporate and I’ve walked downstairs falling for this trick every time waiting another 35 minutes.Do not order from this store they simply do not care about their jobs nor do they handle management duties or time management.It’s not a hard job at all. My 10 year old nephew could do a better job than any of you delivering pizzas on his bike!GARBAGE! ZERO STARS!
